We had a great stay in our two bed studio. This allowed us to have some room for the kids so they were not sleeping in our bed! The rooms were very spacious and had two bathrooms and a balcony. Our kids loved the pool, which was quiet and had shade for a large portion of the pool! Breakfast was...

The location is very good for the expat visitor, close to restaurants, bars, and a park for a quiet walk. Also a 10 minute taxi ride to the PTSC oilfield base. For families on vacation, a different location is recommended as this is not a very touristy kind of local.

Hotel was fine, rooms clean and quiet. Air con not so good, buffet breakfast not bad, location opposite the beach and close to most attractions. Staff were excellent. There is a massage place in the hotel, restaurant is OK, very quiet in the evenings so need to leave hotel for entertainment. Recommend David pizza for the best pizza in Asia!

Many years ago we would go over to the Grand Hotel and have lunch or dinner on their patio. It was tres elegante. Waiters with towels on their arms, wonderful food and drink, and a short jeep/cyclo ride from our quarters at the airfield. We worked a 40 hour week, nights and weekends off. The senior NCO's and all the...

Stayed in this hotel for a week. My impression that small town in Vietnam will not have such a nice hotel completely changed . At a discounted rate around 75 $ a day was value for money. Spacious room with wonderful surrounding beach..friendly staff with all eminities was worth staying..

This is an old and dated hotel but that's why you stay here. It was just how it was, it's a part of history. It's beach front with great views, the locals gather in the parklands to perform sports and exercise as the sun sets. There are great places to eat and drink just down the road that are a...

It comes without saying that this property is one of the largest in Asia if not the widest in Vietnam due to its green strips and golf courts. You would find lots of activities for all family members from mini golf puttputt to baby-foot pool and a very reputable Casino with several range of games. Large pools and private beach...

While time has overtaken it with more up-market five star hotels, Vung Tau's Grand Hotel still holds pride of place as a part of the history of this Vietnamese seaside town. It holds a special place in the hearts of many Australian Army officers who served in Vietnam during the war, for The Grand Hotel was reserved for officers only,...
