What can you say? A lovely converted madrasah, with only a smidgen of rooms, all clean and inviting. Once in side those lovely old wooden doors you are transported to a little sanctum of peace, which you quickly become possessive of. Staying three nights gave us the opportunity to spend a day purely relaxing on the day beds and relishing... More

Stayed four nights in the charming Amulet hotel, which provided a lovely and quiet stay in Bukhara. Spotlessly clean abd with brand new bathrooms but still traditional in it's styling and careful restoration of the beautiful medrassa. Great breakfasts and lovely hosts who were uninstrusive but always around if needed. Perfect location too.

Great location, rooms, bathrooms and breakfast in a small converted madrassa. It's an easy five minute walk to the main sites in the old town. We were really well looked after. 100% recommended. (Plus awesome wifi!)

Beautiful small hotel near the center. AC and one of the best bathrooms I've had in Uzbekistan. Afternoon tea and sweets included in the rate. Courtyard is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. As of August 2015, the rate is in USD but they use the offical rate if you ask to pay in Som.

A lovely, friendly and centrally located small boutique hotel in Bukhara with excellent service, great rooms and the tastiest breakfast. Not as cheap as some options in other cities but worth every penny.

Gorgeous hotel, just a ten minute walk to Central Bukhara. Staff were wonderful, so friendly with tailor made breakfasts everyday. Honestly, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough; if you visit Bukhara and don't stay here, you are missing out on a fantastic experience.

Amulet House is one of the more relaxing places we have ever stayed. Down a side street and behind a small wooden door, a short walk from the center of old Bukhara, one comes into a cool, courtyard garden. The room doors on the first floor enter into the courtyard, and those on the second floor enter onto a deep... More

Honestly, nothing is unforgettable in Bukhara, but this exquisite hotel and the Turkish Bath near the old market. It's not how I normally review stuffs here, but Amulet Hotel is so perfect that is best to be explained in bullet points : - Hotel can't be anymore boutique-y than this : A historic madrasa with classic architecture turned into a... I stayed three nights here and it was the best hotel stay of my holiday in Uzbekistan. The breakfasts were freshly prepared, varied plentiful and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made guests feel cared for and special. It's a delight and I would love to return.
