Tried to book 5 star hotel, but couldn't find any. On hotels.com website this resort from pictures and 4,5 stars looked very good. After checking price, even better. You get what you pay. 4,5 start, not sure. Quick checkin, nice staff and big room. Great pool. Breakfast ok taking price in consideration. Location on highway 12 between city and old...

We stay in a very new wing..surround by a nice rice fields, only some room in that building just finished and part of it still under final decoration therefore we will meet lots of construction people walking around. The room is not properly clean up yet...dirt all around, the hot water is not available yet, the smell from the toilet...

We stay in the Suite treasure room on the upper floor corner room. The view of the room is great. The decoration of the living room, bed room and bathroom is great. The bathroom is very big. The gym is ok but rather small. The pool is large and nice. The spa in the hotel has a good service with...

Lovely location beside small canal, very lush tropical gardens and inviting swimming pool. The rooms which are wooden are large and decorated in a traditional Thai style. Bathroom was a bit dated. Evening buffet very good on first evening but 17 people ordering a la carte the following evening caused great confusion. Had a Thai massage for 400 baht for 1 hour...

It is really nice premises with beautifully kept garden and nice long swimming pool. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The reception was very helpful and organised everything for us, they also provide free drop off and pick up service for the historical park and old sukhotai. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and functional,...

This is one of the hotels one wants to avoid. One feels the whole room is dirty and does not want to touch anything including the bed. And worst of all there is a bad smell in the room. The hotel and the rooms urgently require renovation in particular the bathrooms with the mold. Even the towels are thin dirty...

This is our second stop from Bangkok to Chang Mai. Very basic standard room, hard bed and pillows. Broken remote controls, room looks very used and old. Same for the bathroom, stinks, towels grey/ brownish with holes in them. Breakfast: cutlery looks not very inviting to put in your mouth, here again the whole room old, outdated and dusty. Broken...

As my friend said it's like they put a veneer on a bad tooth. Shower barely worked. Wifi never got going. Concrete floors are sticky. Tiny ants in room. Can't flush toilet paper. And some crazy bird or something outside the window making a loud sound every hour or so once it got dark.

This is a very beautiful resort. On the edge of the historical park, a world heritage site. That why we stayed here. The rooms are very modern and new and comfortable. The grounds are very attractive. Now the down side. Restaurant needs to be improved. I ordered three things off the menu before I got something they had. One friend...
