The hotel is old and requires an urgent renovation. On arrival the check in process was prompt and friendly. The room was spacious and clean but contained only the basic amenities. Breakfast was reasonable offering basic local and western fare. There were three down sides to the hotel stay. One of the two lifts was out of order for the...

It's a good hotel with rich breakfast and nice thai style decorations. Maybe most guest are from group and seminar but it's not noisy or busy. We met just 2 issues: one "mosquito" in night time wake we up and water leak when shower. Value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights, very convenience location 5 min to the coach station and 15 to the airport. The room is quite large and unique, there's a lot of specific art of the region hidden everywhere in the decor. Swimming pool is large enough to throw the party in if you wish to. Lovely staff as well.

This hotel is good if you stay one night and you plan to do a one day at Sukothai, since the bus station is 5 minutes away in taxi. The hotel is old and smells humidity. We had spiderwebs in our room and water leaking from the door of the bathroom every time we took a shower. Breakfast buffet is...

Great bed, good aircon and decent breakfast buffet. Price was right. Beware of the mini-bar. If you use something it is all stamped so you cannot replace it to avoid the steep mini-bar prices. If you want something, you can go to Jiffy about 500 feet from the front of the hotel. Go out front and take a right past...

There isn't a lot going on in Phitsanulok. We were there because it was more convenient to fly there to visit Sukhothai, as there were more flights. So this hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and bus stations. Staff was nice and helpful, despite limited English. It was not close to places to eat, but the hotel restaurant...

The hotel looks old and needs to be updated I can see they have done some updates already but needs plenty more. The staff were friendly and helpful, after we checked in i was asked if we wanted breakfast at a extra 150 baht seems high as its mainly a Thai breakfast. The rooms are a good size but old...

I stayed at this hotel for seminar of my office. The conference was OK and fully equipped. The room was OK and the amenities were fair. There was little swimming pool to exercise after working. The breakfast was fair but for lunch and dinner, the cuisine was good. In front of the hotel there was little area for car parks.

This is a rather old hotel that has been somewhat renovated. The rooms are large, the baths are goo size too but with older fixtures. You can hear what´s going on all over the hotel.. Although Wifi was promised, it never happened. The staff were not very friendly..they acted like we were a bother! Breakfast was standard but uninteresting. Location...
