I was there in December 2011/2012 beautiful beaches on the whole island. The diving school was awesome we had a great time! The accommodation was free during the time of our diving course. The coconut valley was great for low budget traveling and good to plan trips all over the island!!! We could reach supermarkets bars and everything you need by scooter...

Stayed at the beach side new units with separate pool down to the beach. Nice and clean rooms/bathrooms. Private balcony with direct access to the pool which is only available for the units here and a nice view over the ocean. Breakfast is quite basic, could be improved. Restaurant for lunch/dinner is not bad, but there is so many other...

I came last week with my girlfriend to Koh Tao and we choosed Seashell for our open water course. It was the best decision we could make. At first: the accommodation included was really nice. Good resort, not to busy with friendly staff and a big pool. Now the important thing: The diving course was awesome! We were really lucky...

The resort is clean and the staff are ok. We found that the breakfast was good enough to set you up for the day but the resort is overpriced compared to other places on the island. The hotel is located close to bars/restaurants which is good.

My two friends and I did our Open Water PADI course with Seahell Divers as part of a month and a half trip in Thailand. The 6 days we spent there (course is 4 days but we ended up staying longer) were by far the highlight of our trip :) We stayed in a Bungalow at Seashell Resort and it...

I stayed in a nice bungalow close to the beach, but in a lovely garden. You pay extra for WIFI, but the WIFI was quite poor. The Reception staff were unfriendly, however, all the diving staff were welcoming. There is a breakfast buffet but the food isn't great.

I stayed here only for a couple of nights while visiting the islands. The hotel is alright. There wasn't much interaction between the staff and myself but on my last day I had a woman knock on my door asking me to leave the room 30 minutes prior to check out. Not sure why. The rooms are average, nothing special....

We booked the deluxe room for 2 nights. The welcome wasn't warm as expected for the standards of this place and hasn't been much helpful and they even charged 200 baht for calling a taxi. The room was overall clean, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned between the two nights and the hotel did not provide soap or reasonable bathrobes. The...

Not much to say about the place. Nice swimming pool . . (35 degrees ! !!) The cheap bungalows are 5 min walk away from the beach. but the problem is the incompetence of the staff . they smile stupidly at all time but need 20 min to cook 2 eggs or 40 min to miscalculate the bill. even the...

Upon check out the rude woman and the boy with the streak in his hair withheld our passports until we paid an additional 6000 Baht which was discounted from the price when we first checked in and paid for our entire stay upfront. They held our passports as a room deposit and when we checked out (8 nights later) they...
