We booked 2 nights in this hotel during our 2 weeks Thailand trip. Our villa was fantastic. Just amazing view - Long beach, Andaman sea and Phi Phi Lei. Really very good breakfast and friendly staff. Me and my wife working in travel industry and had inspected many many hotels in different destinations. We can confirm high level of this...

Long beach is the best place on Koh Phi Phi, so the beach was nice and there were a lot of fish and corals. But the beach was quite small and super crowded. The sun beds are super uncomfortable, some are broken and are very cheap. Plus, you have to take the longtail boat to get away, which is pricey...

I am a seasoned traveler - 60 countries to be exact and i have never been treated so badly by reception staff in my life to the point that my husband actually had to remind the lady behind the counter that we were paying guests staying in their hotel and she cannot treat us in this matter. My husband had...

Situated at the end of long beach this is a lovely location friendly staff. We hired a longtail boat for the morning and went out to and around maya bay then onto monkey beach, these monkeys can get abit spiteful and grab your cameras or sunglasses so be careful. The area around tonsia pier is the main area this is full...

We picked this hotel at the end of Long Beach and we liked the low-traffic location. Getting up to the villa was a bit of a hike but they do a good job of getting your luggage up there and back down for you. Our air conditioning wasn't working well and it took them a few tries to fix it...

I expected way more for the price we payed. At first sight the resort looks very comfortable and like being in paradise: e.g. how the rooms are located, the view from the balcony and also the room itself was nice. But the service was incredibly bad. The people at the front desk were very unfriendly (so untypical for Thai people)...

The location of the resort is very good - it's secluded and has access to 2 amazing beaches. The room was great in terms of cleanliness and interior BUT we booked a villa but received a room that is a part of a bigger villa and one night were waken up by very loud neighbours. It was a painful experience...

This complex has good points and bad points. For one the private beach is amazing breathtaking views, the resort is located on shark point so some really once in a lifetime opportunities on offer. The apartments are very expensive for their quality and need renovating. Staff on the front desk were rude and not accommodating or helpful at all. I...

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in mid-Dec 2016. The hotel offers a great value for the money paid, or not the hotel, but rather what comes with it. Recommend to get superior rooms (deluxe villas) - they come with an amazing sea-view balcony, making the past lunch-time awakening somewhat of a paradise-like lodging. Situated at the far...

Before staying here I had read a few reviews which were less than favourable, which worried me a little. Turns out they were a load of crap. We booked 3 nights to include NYE. The hotel is a little slice of heaven! The arrival from the ferry is not the smoothest due to the sheer number of skanky backpackers getting...
