We are a pretty easy going/young married couple that travels a lot. This hotel has bad customer service. Too far from town. You are Better of staying in town (there are a lot of quite and nice places) and just hiking or taking a boat to this side of the island. Or staying in one of the hotels next door...The...

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at this resort but after a somewhat complicated reservation process over email, we were underwhelmed. The partial sea view room doesn't mean that you'll have an ocean view from one side but that the view of the ocean will be blocked. The rooms are little individual bungalow, which is cute, but they are extremely...

Old forniture in the rooms and dirty walls but the biggest problem is the staff especially the guys driving the elettric car that bring the clients in their rooms, never l'indirizzo, never smile. Really good breakfast, well furnished till the ending time. They have a great restaurant, expensive but everything we tasted was good and mostly fresh and done at...

Great place to stay on Phi Phi! If you are looking for a very nice hotel which is away from the crowed and loud 'center', this is the place to be. All rooms are located on the hillside. Please make sure to take a room with (partial) seaview as the views are stunning. The hotel has a very cosy and...

I would highly recommend this hotel. Amazing apartments, great views. Lovely food and just 100bht to get to the main town Via long boat. The hotel was great value for money and the staff would do anything to help. Although it's a long walk up to your room there is a free transportation service too and from. Our room was...

We checked in to the resort a few days ago, and its been brilliant. The relaxed atmosphere and layed back dinining has been a dream. We stayed in room 2105 and the views are amazing, the best in Phi Phi. If you can splash out a little more for the grand private villa/bungalow do. The balconys are perfect to unwind...

Loved staying here! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because they were doing construction and it took away from the appeal of relaxing on the beach. Great food at the restaurant, great service, beautiful room, and great happy hour deals!

Beautiful views and a good staff. Hard beds and a little bit annoying to take the long tails into town but the remoteness is nice at times. Really good restaurant with and quick access to excellent snorkeling.

The room need upgrade but it was ok. We have a good view. The resort was far from the town which was not so good but you can get a taxi boat for 100 THB to the town. Hotel restaurant was very expensive compare to the others on the long beach.

This was the most expensive place we stayed on our vacation and was the biggest let down. The rooms are in need of renovation. Walls were filthy, missing tiles in shower floor, and no shower enclosure? We also shared a wall with another room and could hear every little thing - words clear as day. One thing not mentioned in...
