Very impressed with the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15minute long tail ride away from the main part of town, good if you want to relax! Magic location. Would stay here again without question. Does not have the price tag of the surrounding resorts but still same view and clean.

Date of stay: 14/03/13 and 15/03/13 I think my stay here was the worst one during my trip in Thailand... In such a paradisiac place as Phi Phi Island, you expect everyhing is perfect and especially a stillness and quiet place to sleep but unfortunately it was not the case. I booked a superior bungalow so expected to see a...

The resort was clean and comfortable however it was quite difficult to access (you need to get a boat from the main town in Phi Phi) The pool was very chlorinated and the beach/sea swim area wasn't very inspiring as the other beaches on Phi Phi are amazing. The food was very expensive and there isn't any other option in...

We have stayed at the PP Erawan for a few years now! It's hands down one of the best resorts we have found! The staff, management, service, food & location are unbeatable! We normally stay in the Bungalows which are worth the extra few dollars. We also enjoy their massages by the beach. The front desk staff are a pleasure...

A mixed bag of beautiful location right on the beach and more than adequate rooms, very friendly staff at restaurant , but with very poor, very unhelpful service at reception. The location on the north side of the island was a blessing for us, away from the craziness of the very touristy ton sai village. There is a few resorts...

The excellent service they provide at the Erawan starts even in the boat that brings you to Phi Phi Island, as someone comes and picks you and your luggages. The welcome is warm. The room is delicious. We just had a little problem with the shower, but the word 'problem' is too much. The breakfast is various enough and good....

For what ever reason, we were unaware that we would need to navigate the Phi Phi pier and track down a long tail boat (@ 1200 Bhat) to take us on the 30+ min trip to the resort. Even more frustrating was that the resort offers one way transportation for 200 Bhat and this was not communicated by the resort....

Lovely little resort but the amenities are a little less than 5 star. Rooms are clean and neat but a little tired and shower was a mere trickle of hot/cold bursts. Our villa overlooked the pool and was nice and cool with a A/C, a large fridge and comfy king bed.

We stayed for 5 days and it was too SHORT! Total chill out, switch off and relax part of the island! After reading some of the reviews posted I was quite surprised that they didn't find the staff helpful. We found them engaging, the waitress remembered our favorite drinks. We took the ferry to Tonsai and found that great value...

PP island has been recked by the tsunami and poor island management for reconstruction. although it is worth visiting for its spectacular scenic beaches and snorkeling etc, Ton Sai Bay is total madness, backpackers & loud party music. Its fun if you are in that category of visitor. Otherwise, there are other beaches that are quieter, Laem Tong being one...
