Overall a fun stay! We spent Xmas eve, Xmas day and Boxing Day here. The room, pool and facilities were good. The gala party was great - the staff tried very hard to keep us entertained. I won a box of tea bags and a Thai massage in the raffle ha! The food was plentiful albeit slightly bland at times....

After about a 2hour boat trip you reach the destination and get greated with a complimentary drink and cool face towl! Patrick was awesome, friendly and very helpful! Staff was also very friendly and always smiling (you would too if you worked there I suppose ;-) ) Room was lovely and great effort to keep it at such a level...

First things first, P.P. Erawan is located directly on a beach and not just any average a beautiful clear blue beach. Many people visit Phi Phi for a day visit - to see the beaches and do some shopping. This hotel is located in Laemtong beach which is a 30 min boat ride to the shopping and tourist area. Depending...

This side of the Island is really nice and calm unlike the other parts. P P Erawan is not the best luxurious hotel, but really good value for money and you will find extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food is average but have enough choice. Bad point is that you have wifi only in reception area. You can take tours...

If visiting phi phi islands and are looking for that relaxing, picturesque setting in paradise, this location has it..set about 30mins boat ride from the main phi phi town, you will pass quite a few nice isolated beaches but this is the best with a number of other hotels (holiday inn, natural hotel, zeavola) ..all hotels here are of standard...

Upon arriving at Phi Phi pier we were told that our hotel had not supplied a long tail boat for us, as had been promised. We phoned reception to rectify the situation we were told to pay the 1200 Baht or to wait another 5 hours! When we arrived at the hotel they were completely disinterested in helping us with...

Stayed for three nights in November in the standard room. Quiet setting but steep stairs to room. Inside room was nice. Seasonal size, TV and balcony adjoining. Water pressure in shower is poor but probably to do with lack of water on island. No wifi in the room which let's it down. Breakfast. . Buffet style, good range, egg station...

Honestly dont know how this hotel is still in business!! Defo the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life!! On arrival to to beautiful Phi Phi Islands we got off on the pier to be told that our hotel was very isolated and would cost us 1200BAHT (£26) in a taxi boat to get there! On arrival to...

Phi Phi islands are already a paradise on earth, but to have a such wonderful resort there is just one of the best discovery I made ! Located directly on the beach, in a very quiet beach (Laemtong) of Phi Phi Don (the main island of PhiPhi), this is the best cost performance place I've found so far ! The...
