I don't want to slate this hostel/hotel off because what do you expect for around £11 per person per night? Well not much that's for sure. Golden Hill Bungalow (GHB) are a good 15 minute walk from the Pier, and it's a very steep walk, passing the sewage works along the way. I was in a group of 10, and...

We booked this place as it was the only cheapish place with a pool in Phi Phi. However, after staying I wouldn't recommend it. We stayed one night as we had read the bad reviews so were unsure on what to expect! Location wise - at the top of the hill (on the way to the view point) and around...

Stayed here for 4 nights and initially you walk in think bare minimum yeah, it's what you're paying for... then you notice blood smears on the wall... then on the sheets, still, keeping in mind it's what you're paying for ... few nights in you notice a little black bug, next morning a huge line of bites, still thinking maybe...

Myself and two friends stayed here for one night just as a pit stop so we could see phi phi, do the view point and awake at 0530 to go to maya bay to avoid the crowds. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely English guy that was more than happy that we left at 0530 am the next...

Firstly I know this is not the hotels fault but we booked through Hotels.com and it states on there that this accommodation is a 2 minute walk from Tonsai Pier. It is in actual fact 10-15 minutes walk which ordinarily would be OK however my friend is on crutches with a broken foot and this place was a good way...

We stayed 2 nights. Located up in hill (almost in jungle), which means we had a lot of insect in our room ( ants, cockroaches, mosquitos) and even occasional small lizards which helped us to fight the insect. Yes, there is no hot water, but to be honest the weather was so hot that we were not even thinking to...

The walls are covered in stains, there are ants living above the shower and in the power sockets, there is NO HOT WATER! The mat in our room looked as though it had never been washed. No air conditioning only a fan which would be ok if you could open the windows and doors to let some fresh air in,...

I stayed here for one night because I needed to get away from hostels. The location is actually good if you like to sleep at night and it's only about 5 min walk from the parties so not far at all. One staff member speaks really good English so it was easy to check-in. Room is basic and I was...
