We were very satisfied with our stay at Viking Nature Resort. Upon arriving on the island, it was easy to find the long boat that would take us to Viking Nature resort (for free). They also made transportation back to the ferry easy when we checked out (also free). Our room was exceptional. We stayed in Rimlay 1 which was...

We stayed in this resort after we slept 2 nights in Tonsai in a shabby hotel. We discovered the Viking resort while walking to long beach. The resort is very nice, the bungalows are integrated in the nature very well and are really cute. The apartment for 3 pers (3000 baht/night) is big enough with a spacious terrace. Also the cheap...

This was one of the best stays I've ever experienced and definitely one of the best in Thailand. It's such a unique place and it has such a special atmosphere! At first it's a little bit of a shock with wooden bungalows and paths that challenge you up the hill, but then you love it! I particularly loved the staff...

Beautiful rooms but the resort is quiet far from town (20 mins) and at least 30 mins from the party side of the island. Didn't have any problem with noise. Overall the hotel is very relaxing. if you don't mind a walk, would 100% recommend.

Lovely room (grand deluxe appmt) however the staff were rude, obnoxious, arrogant, unhelpful, moody, unresponsive - basically a nightmare. Not a problem if you know what the hell you are doing. But in Thailand as an English speaker (I am well travelled and have been to all continents and over 40 counties) you kind of need their help to help...

This was my first stop after 30 odd hours of travel from Canada and all the stresses of planes, buses and ferries melted away. I stayed in the cheapest room "traditional " and the next scale up and I thought the cheaper option was more than amazing. Private patio with hammock, clean linens and clean bathrooms. I had no AC...

We visited Viking Nature Resort on March 6, 2016. My fiancee and I both began looking at this resort in November 2015. We read the reviews on TA and noticed that the amount of excellent reviews outweighed the terrible reviews; so we decided to go with it, and book ourselves one night. We booked a superior room. Upon arrival, we...

And we loved it! Arriving off the ferry it was easy to find the long tail boat to Viking Natures Resort (there is someone holding a sign 👍). A short boat ride later and we arrived to a beautiful private beach and walked up to reception. We arrived earlier than checkin but were able to go straight to our room...

Amazing views, located on the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. You might have visitors but it's understandable because of the location. Breakfast is nice food is freshly prepared. Only thing they could provide is beach towels in rooms, instead you have to go to reception and pay the deposit and towels are not always ready so you...

This place was amazing. DEF go here. I've never been to any hotel like this in the past. The hotel itself is made up of bungalows and some bungalows are closer than others to the hotels main area and beach. The beach was beautiful. They had a covered massage area right on the beach, pure luxury feeling. They had fish...
