The room was ok with direct access to a terrace and the pool. Short walk from the pier and further to the beach. Breakfast is good with egg station, yoghurt, bread, fruit. Kind staff. Value for the money.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. No value for money. Should be avoided specially if traveling with kids. No respect for guests. We were made to pay 150 bahts for a missing plate from room which we had no clue about. It wad not highlighted at time of checkout rather we were made to pay when we came to collect...

A lovely hotel right in the middle of Phi Phi. Access to shops and restaurants straight out of hotel and only a short walk from Tonsai Pier. Rooms are clean, although the beds aren't the comfiest! We only stayed for 2 nights but it served its purpose and had hot water and a bed to sleep in. Breakfast not the...

My friend and I are currently staying here and have been at this hotel for a week now and will be finishing our holiday tomorrow. We have really enjoyed our stay at PP Palmtree Resort. Pros - location - you are close to everything! 5 minutes walk to the harbour, beaches, and you're surrounded with good shopping and restaurants/bars. -...

Cockroaches would've been better! Please look at my review history on here. I think I'm pretty fair! I have about a week of calamine, antihistamine and severe itching to endure before I can shake this place. Truly one of the worst sleeps I've ever had. Woke up at 3am with bedbug bites all over my back, arms and legs. You...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and realized you can get better deals in similar category of hotels, so shifted to another hotel for the rest of our stay. The good part: The property is a short walk from the pier & is pretty central to everything- so location wise it is great! The front desk staff is...

The rooms are average. Large, the beds a little stiff, but comfortable. The resort is on the older side, it seemed, but for it's location, you can't beat it. The breakfast was pretty good, about average of what you'll find in Thailand. If were to stay there again, I'd opt for one of the rooms that steps out on the...

I was hoping to get more for the price I paid. Apart from the convenient location, this resort did not have much to offer. I paid for the pool access room to spend some time splashing around after the long day walk across the island, only to be told that their pool closes at 8pm. The service was pretty standard,...
