My sister and myself we stayed January 2014 for few days. This is an relaxing zone and Carlos with his team is friendly and helpful. Not everthing what you plan / ordered will happen exactly like this, but it's holiday :) You can book ferry travel to next island, boat tours, scooter for a day trip.. The bungalows are very...

There is something really quite special about this place. A five-minute bike ride from Tong Sala, it's a collection of huts that wind their way steeply down to the beach. A lot of love has gone into every aspect. There are many animals - talking birds and friendly cats. The staff seem genuinely happy (which isn't universally true of the...

Really liked it in Shambhala and would definitely recommend it to others. Great atmosphere, lovely location, beautiful beach and a very friendly staff. Bungalows with oceanview are very relaxing because of the beautiful scenery and you just walk right into the ocean

We stayed at the Shambhala in November 2014, right during very low season. It's a bit hard to give a rating but I guess in total it comes down to 3 out of 5. The rooms (beachfront bungalow) are nice, a hammock on the terasse and superb to relax. Shower is integrated in the bathroom which feels a bit cramped...

Perfect bungalows, perfect beach, perfect reception... special thanks to John who was very easy-going, helpful and nice. Definitely the best experience in Ko Phangan. Just a comment about some crew members who tried to cheat us by offering very high prices to take us to the Full Moon Party or to other places on the island... and then who were...

We were visiting koh pha nang for four nights. We stayed at Shambala which was just perfect. We had one fan conditioned hut and one sala (just a matras in a cabin) we had to fight who went in to the sala. It was great sleeping outside. The mosquitos had few chance to sting cause of the klamboo. The bungalows...

a memorable place to stay. Expect a friendly staff, artistic bungalows with a stunning sea view , a nice veranda with a hammock, designed in traditional island style situated in a beautiful tropical beach. A nice place to stay after the full moon party :)

It's always hard to pick that special place on the beach when you're reading reviews from thousands of miles away. I liked what they offered via their website with quiet times as we were not of the full moon crowd. This place is indeed very laid back, if you want something just ask for it or find someone. We stayed...
