I agree with the previous review that this place is great if you know what you are getting. I shall try and address some of the previous concerns raised in these reviews, as I know that its difficult deciding where to stay on Lanta! The Bungalow - Is lovely, though do ask for a mossie net. Its 35 quid a...

The Narima is situated by a rocky headland, away from the "action" of Klong Nin beach (which is actually quite sleepy and relaxed!). As mentioned in other reviews, the small, secluded beach is rocky. It is easy to walk out to the sandbar just beyond the rocks (go to the northern end; there's a "pathway" through them), so swimming is...

Agree with Nahm4Xmas review that this resort is quiet and beautiful, but way overpriced. There were lots of families with young kids and the beach was enjoyable, especially when the tide was in. When out, the beach is rock. I will give the front office staff credit for being very helpful: they found and secured return travel arrangements after our...

We stayed in a C-bungalow (furthest from sea, cheapest option). This was 3700 baht per night. Bungalow was quite large though when it rained there was a real damp feel and smell to the room and linen. Outdoor bathroom was ok, overrun with mosquitoes at night so had to go to the loo armed with insect spray. Shower is very...

The bungalows are basic but comfortable and clean. They are definitely too small for our family with three small children, but that was our own doing. The B-row bungalows do not really have sea views as stated on the web page. For that you need to pay up and stay in the A row bungalows. The staff are very attentive...

We were four adults and two young children staying at Narima and loved it! Bungalows were a bit rustic but very clean, staff friendly and helpful. We didn't mind the rocky beach as it was easy to walk past them and go for a swim. Not the place to go if you want to party since it is on the...

We (3 females in our mid thirties) were in thailand for nearly three weeks in April and the Narima was certainly among the greatest treats. Having left Paris, our boyfriends and our jobs behind for a couple weeks we were looking for quiet, relaxing retreat in paradise which we found at the Narima. We mixed up our accommodation with 5...

Paradise is used far to much, but it is correct for this hotel. The personal touch from the owners makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. Set in a rain forest but on the cliffs or beach it is just so quiet and beautiful! Food is excellent. Everything is good value s I have said you do feel...

We stayed one week in this lovely resort and even that was not nearly enough. The resort is located in the south of Ko Lanta and therefore rather quiet. The bungalows are spread out above the sea in the jungle and blend beautifully into the green. The huts are spacious and spotless each with a big veranda with hammock and...

Nineteen of us met up at and spent a magical week at the Narima for the wedding of my eldest son to his beautiful bride, Sophie on 17th February 2010. The wedding couple had travelled out a week beforehand to complete the necessary paperwork in Bangkok and then arrived at the Narima five days before the wedding to make all...
