Stay away from room 414 since it's full of mold. Really heavy smell. They totally denied it. The pool was nice. Slow service at restaurant. I don't recommend this place at all. Go to castaway instead :-)

We got a room that looked like a little bungalow, but it's really just a basic room. Washroom facilities could be better. The water wasn't so clear. But the place is gorgeous! Feels very private. You can walk into the sea directly from the hotel. However, there are sea lice in the water (we figured it was sea lice after...

This hotel is actually split into two different hotels...nakara long beach and lanta long beach. Lanta long beach is the less expensive of the two and that's where I booked a room for 4 nights. I will start with the positive. The location is amazing-right on beautiful long beach which is the nicest beach in koh lanta. The staff are...

I had a wonderful stay in a beachfront bungalow just metres away from and overlooking the front sandy beach. Great room, pool, other nice guests, terrific last minute price and staff that were just awesome in helping sort out my air ticket issues. FANTASTIC RESORT! After the busyness of other islands which all seem overdeveloped and noisey this place was...

Perfect location on the beach. Stayed for two nights in August in the low season and it was very quiet as expected but there were a few people around as opposed to nobody at all in my first hotel. Although it is supposed to be the wet season, the weather was amazing and the hotel was perfectly situated for fantastic...

I was scouting for a room with a view after arriving in Koh Lanta and chanced upon Nakara. They gave us (me, my wife and 3yrold son) a great rate since it was the low season... even better than what they post on their site! And we loved the place! They have a separate baby pool, with a baby-safe partition...

Nice and quiet hotel just by the beach. Amazing drinks in the bar and magical sunsets every night. Good standards on the bungalow and a small but nice pool. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was pretty good.

We have just got back from a lovely stay here for a week, following a trip around Thailand. This was the most amazing place to stay, really friendly, the bungalows are very clean, they make different animals out of your towels every day, you can eat your breakfast and dinners right on the beach front. Lovely local people more than...

Nakara Resort is in a great location but that is all I have to say about it. We paid around $100 (US) for the resort for two days. The rooms are very dirty and are falling apart. We stayed in one of the bungalows and there was mold on the ceiling as well as dirty floors and dirty sheets. We...
