The resort is located in Bamboo Bay and is the last before the National Park. There is only 3 resorts in the Bay and the beach is very nice (white sand, some rocks in the middle but plenty of space to swim).

In the beginning of November this year my wife and i went to Ko Lanta and spent 4 nights at the LaLaanta Hideaway Resort. In the beginning we booked 2 nights, but it was so nice there that we dicided to extend our stay.
Perfect location to relax at the beach or the pool in between nature and animals. Extemely friendly staff.

It is quite secluded. But easy to jump on a scooter and head down the road a bit. Also depends if you're staying in peak season, there seemed to be a couple other places around in walking distance, but I didn't stay in peak... More
