Like :-
* The hotel is nearby to Ramanathasamy temple ( around 0.5 to 0.7 km).
* Quality of food offered in Sabari restaurant ( in basement floor ) is good.

Negative Points:-
* We stayed in the hotel for two days. They were charging rs.1450 for a single day. But the quality is not that much good for the cost.
* The size of the room is very small. No room service landline for help. Each and every time we went down to get basic amenities like water, to contact room service etc.
* We kept our room key in cab and the driver left to his home after dropping us in hotel. So we asked for duplicate key but the person in reception told they are not having master/duplicate key to unlock. We waited 1hr in lobby to get our room key back from cab driver.

Place of pilgrimage always scares one due to the crowds and the touts.Booking made for 2 rooms 6 weeks prior and the telephonic confirmation on our way was not enough to get the accommodation in this crammed and crowded hotel. It was indeed like someone waiting to grab your room even before you walk out.
We were forced to rent 6 bed room for no fault of ours.
Behavior rude, customer threatening and down right ruthless and commercial. All the altercation left us rest without dinner.Poorly maintained rooms, poorly provided basic amenities.Unclean restrooms and poorly maintained air conditioners.
Inadequate parking facility, but basic eatery. It was a relief to leave the place in the late morning.I am sure government needs to monitor this exploitation of the pilgrims.I am sure even the god had enough of this place.

we visited rameswaram on 31/01/2016 and stayed in Hotel ramajayam in Room no 404 the hotel is good but the service is very bad and takes much of our patience, good car parking available, but the room boys wants tips and they will stand in front of the car and asking money a strange seen.

Cars are not allowed near the temple and we have to engage autos or to walk the rates of autos are very high and demanding but we finished tour with sorry figure

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. For four people they provided only two blankets. Even after requesting them, they didn't provided extra blankets.
The hotel is suppose to have hot water facility which we never got.
Hotel staff was very unprofessional and rude.
They don't provide any towels also although their room rent was higher. Room was very unclean.
Bathroom was also in bad shape.

We paid 4200 for 1 double bed room and 2 2 double bed room. He ook another 2000 for activating the ac in our rooms. All the money was taken in advance. No part payment.
The rooms are ok. Cleanliness is not maintained so much. There are cockroaches. There is no ventilation in the rooms. It becomes suffocating. So ac becomes must. Towels are not provided.
The restaurant downstairs also doesnt have much options. So we had to go to saravana bhawan for all our meals.
The pujari referred to by the hotel is also a money monger. He asked almost twice the normal rates and then he left us in the middle because we were walking slow. We had requested him for a wheel chair inside the temple the night before the pooja. But he didnt arrange one. And then he gave us one at the last moment after taking 200 when it couldnt be used.

Took 02 rooms and checked in, being at late night thought that won't look much for the quality, was charged Rs 1974/double ac room and also requested for extra bed and again charged Rs300.

Now both rooms facilities unlike what's being told in all sites including in here, nothing as as such, both rooms TV were not working and one room had no ac working at all, no intercom, had to call the property owner directly and when asked about these issues, initially was ready to move us to another room, but then started shouting, demanding us to vacate immediately if not ready to stay with the provided facilities, knowing very well that at around 11pm, there will be no rooms available.

After all these, after changing one room, when both of us on each of our room, we checked the condition of toilets and was filthy, stains and what not, was told 24hrs running hot water, but when checked with another ride staff, told hot water is only available during certain hours in a day, from 4am in the morning until 5:30 or max untill 6am.

The condition of bedding and mattress and the additional bed were all so filthily horrible that none of us, at both the rooms were able to sleep, somehow made it to the morning and checked out, we were the first to check out at around 5:30am in the morning, the bellboy in there was acting like a beggar, was pleading us to give him a tip(just for doing nothing), was just behind us untill we left that horrible premises.

So if anyone thinking of checking in there, going on a family leisure trip, kindly avoid that property, surely will destroy your trip.

Sorry for not posting any pics as was totally disturbed from the horrible incidents that transpired.

The room given to us was smelly. The plus was that it has good parking facility and also a restaurant attached. It is located on the main road on the way to the temple. Also we reached at 2 am and they were open.

It’s a budget hotel and location is too good. Hotel staff was polite. Bed was ok but bathroom needs repairing work.
Hotel is big and they have tour and travel office also but price is heigh.
Only plus point of this hotel is that they allow welcome solo guest. Other wise in Rameswaram they don’t preferred solo guest l.

It is suitable for budget travelers. Don't expect good services. A pure veg. restaurant is there at ground floor. Its good if you are looking for budget hotel and just for a night stay or to refresh. Strongly recommencement this place if you don't have any other option in front of you.
