We had a very nice stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is very good and made to suit our specific tastes.
Even though there was a mismatch in the room types based on our bookings on the agoda portal,the entire team made sure we were comfortable and also ensured a refund. Rameshwaram is surrounded by a large marine bioreserve, which we were keen to explore. The staff assisted with whatever they knew and helped us reach the right places. The temple is beautiful and so is the surrounding ecosystem.
Front desk staff 24x7, restaurant staff ably managed by Kalidasa, house keeping staff Satham and team all were very helpful. Thank You!

The checkin , lobby is good and the staff are polite but rest are average.
The room is hyped with the photos, the rooms didn’t had the doors signs, lock was damaged in bathroom doors.
They didn’t clean the room even we left the keys in reception.
The restaurant is vegetarian, and served same menu daily and the food didn’t taste good. There is no live kitchen.
No refrigerator, the kettle was broken

The USP of this hotel is the location, less than a 5 minute walk from the station. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The only negatives for me were the virtually non functional wifi ( it may have been a one off as the staff said they were having some server problem that day ) and virtually zero adherence to Covid protocols in terms of mask wearing.

The interior is very well designed with spacious rooms and lobby .this step is very helpful and proactive rooms are will furnish and clean and cosy. sanitation and covid protocols are follows gently . All the staffs are very polite and professional, I specially thanks to Dr.Dineshkumar General manager of this hotel, very friendly and cooperative i felt like a family member..All amenities are excellent quality is provided in the rooms. Staying at the Vinayaka hotel was a nice experience. We reached the hotel at noon time, we were welcomed by welcome drinks. There was a large reception area. But the elevator was small. Talking about the room we took, it was nice and was quite spacious and the room lighting is commendable. It had normal sized bathroom with geezer facility (24 hrs) for both basin and shower plus a glass separation between toilet and bathing area . The parking area was large. Speaking of food, it was delicious but little expensive. The staffs were supportive. The main temple is 1.5kms away from the hotel . There are no other restaurants nearby . Hotel is easily reachable through wide roads . Autorikshaw service is available in front of the hotel . They arranged us a taxi with reasonable rates for sight seeing . Overall it was nice stay ...

Seeing the good review about hotel, we directly checked into the hotel. But we had very bad experience. Very poor service- bathroom was clogged, no proper WiFi connection, Tv channels were disturbed. I must say that it was very very poor service for the rate they offered.Only good thing I can say about hotel was that they served good food.

We booked 8 rooms for one night and paid 8000 rs advance. When we reached the hotel they gave our rooms to someone else. We were a group of 18 people and had to stay at the lobby till 10pm before we were given rooms of substandard hotel at a far off hotel at almost the same price. Please don't book in advance here.

Vinayaga is one of the best hotels in Rameshwaram. Room services are quick, Easy to talk to and will make sure you experience luxury.
For Food it is a delight with their multi cuisine availability. The north indian food we had was a treat we can only find in Vinayaga that reminds me of home.
Kali Dass, the restaurant incharge took the charge himself, to make us the most luxurious visit we can have.
Even the reception was super cooperative and will try its best to meet your demands.
So, overall its a 5 star for me, had the most welcoming, luxurious and comfortable stay, i could ask for.

I have visited this place from March 6th to 8th the hotel staff received very cordially, helped in arranging food for us since we came at afternoon 2:30 the staff is an extra benefit for this hotel.. thank you for your wonderful service. Next coming to the hotel the rooms are very well maintained the linen was neat and tidy. The room we stayed has a small beach view so it’s nice. There is an ample car parking.
