We got carried by the photos. Which we regret later.. The photos are very nice but not actually. We checked in by 8pm.the staffs except the manager all are very careless. The rooms are not at all maintained. Marks in the bed sheets, bathroom floors are broken, shower not working, regular power cut on the top of every thing the main door upvc locks are broken. The manager, poor guy running all around to make us comfortable. But how? With these much complaints?. Even we asked for change on one room(we took two rooms). But that room also same condition. Since it's late night, am with two small kids and my elderly mother. Just spent a night and left early morning. Never ever will think or recommend. It may be a container concept, but still it's the duty of the management to look after the room condition. Telling stories and sorry will never ever help the guest. It has been a month after your open post lock down(as said by your manager). Still I wonder why the room (container type) condition is such horrible. Wasted my one day.…

Our stay at Cabana Coral reef was memorable and refreshing. The resort was very inviting with palm trees, beach sand and cabanas all around. With the beach only at a stone's throw from the resort, it was impossible for us to miss the beautiful sea line from our cabana and the fresh sea breeze it brought it. As a bonus, our cabana was fully air conditioned. We never felt out of place as the resort merged well with the local village theme. The fish gravy and prawn masala prepared by the fisher-women tickled our taste buds. Although we didn't venture into the sea for kayaking and snorkelling, we felt it makes the experience more fulfilling for everyone who visits. Who would have thought you could sight coral reef in a remote sea village in South India? We'd love to visit again soon.
We came to stay with a 25 person crew. The food and shelter was fantastic. But the room A / C and fan are not working properly. It would be nice to have a little adjustment. And staffs is very help full. Internet connection is very poor. I recommended airtel network.
Location: The location is awesome, right on the sea shore where the water is only 3 to 4 for about 100 meters and no waves. Rooms: Shipping containers are converted to rooms, very small and cramped, struggled to keep belongings, but we were in the rooms only for sleeping hence it didn't bothered much. Service: The support staff are local people, their attitude is awesome, when we went the resort was full, even though they were short staffed for the unexpected crowed, they handled it well. Food: Very average. Ok for couple of days, very few options. Cooking was managed by people of the local fishing hamlet(marketed well as authentic rameswaram food). Activities: snorkeling and kayaking, enjoyed very much. Dislikes: Its time to replace the bedding and the bedsheets with new ones. Bit pricy. Hot water availability. While checkout my wife had a electic shock on door due to some loose wire touching the wall in wind(whole room is made up of metal). There should be a arrangement for alcohol drinkers, people were drinking right on the dining area when we stayed and it is quite inconvinence when you are with kids. Sound insulations of rooms can be better. Just to save our ears from drunken arguments.…
