Food and Resort hospitality was very good. Safari, trekking and Anju veedu falls arrangements was good. Zacs valley team occupied entire trip with fun loaded team bonding programs as well as all fun activities. My rating 5/5. Very friendly staffs and cost worth.

The best thing about Zac's Valley is its location in Perumalmalai, a lesser-known spot about 15 kms away from Kodaikanal. Getting here was an adventure in itself, as we had to offroad for nearly 5 kms. The signs we saw along the way warned us that we might encounter elephants along the route at any moment, but we weren't fortunate enough to witness any on this trip.
As for the property itself, it has a lot working in its favor — a small stream that flows alongside it, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and charming rustic cottages. They also have a clubhouse with various games like snooker, air hockey, table tennis, and more. The staff were super-friendly and helpful — special kudos to Xavier, Ancy, Suresh, Dhanaraj, and Ashok for their impeccable service.
The complimentary breakfast they served had a wide variety of dishes, and the à la carte meals we ordered didn't disappoint either. Not to forget, they were reasonably priced. There's plenty to do around the property in terms of trekking and visiting waterfalls — just be sure to ask/book in advance and plan your trip accordingly.
Overall, I highly recommend Zac's Valley to anyone looking to explore a different side of Kodaikanal minus the crowds.

We booked the resort for 2 nights for our company trip and to be honest the welcome they provided was really grand. But that was the only good thing they did. The location itself is far from Kodaikanal and the road to the resort is totally wasted. The rooms are big but don't expect any room service from the staff including cleaning and they won't even give you water even though you request it a hundred time. There is no coverage for any cellular network but they will share you more than 5 Wi Fi networks out of which none actually works. Now the food, you can get better quality food for much cheaper rates even in a small roadside restaurant than here. Lastly, the staff!! We all know that even though the stay is bad, a small gentle gesture from the staff can brighten up our mood. But these people are the worst here. They have zero professionalism and manners. We coordinated the whole stay through a third party tour agency and paid them in full hours before checkout but as I said before their Wi Fi was an utter waste and these guys couldn't transfer the money to the resort since there is no internet. Even though the tour coordinators were ready to stay back until the payment is through, these people held our team as prisoners inside the resort, locking the front gate!! These types of behavior is totally unacceptable and appalling!! There was no hope in communicating with the manager and we went straight to the owner/MD who had or acted as if he knew nothing. But in the end he was willing to apologise, which his team should learn as well, and finally let us leave. I will never suggest anyone to stay here, please be aware of these people and don't fall their beautiful views alone.

The resort far from Kodaikanal and takes minimum an hour drive. Most of the days there are traffic jam and we end up spending lots of time in traffic. Further the roads to resort is in terrible condition.
They do not change bed sheets or towels and you will end up using the same for whole of your stay. Bedsheet is also not washed and seemed used earlier.
The availability of food at the resort is also limited. Everyday same breakfast spread of 2/3 items.
On positive side the resort has lots of space and in midst of nature.

The resort is vast and has an excellent vibe...it's a perfect place to come and relax with your family and friends close to nature. The weather is pleasant and calming. The resort has several gaming facilities like tennis, Jenga, badminton etc The cottages are extremely hygienic and tidy and the service is excellent too. The food is also quite tasty even though we felt like items like chapati, paratha, omlette and all were a bit too over priced. The experience in general was great and enjoyable.

A great choice for those seeking a getaway. While there’s no network, they provide full Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Secluded from the city, the property requires a 7 km off-road journey to reach, so plan accordingly. They offer guided trekking to a nearby waterfall upon request, and bird watching is also available. The staff is super friendly and helpful in every way. The food was okay, and the cottages are spacious with amazing valley views.(loved the bay windows) Special thanks to Shameer and Ancy for their wonderful hosting. Highly recommend this spot!

The resort was so wonderful and sorrounded with just nature and a treat to eyes and ears
Well maintained, staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked for two nights here and additional nights at Kodai but we felt we could have spent all our time here at Zacs . Food was so yummy though the items were limited
Only thing to be aware is the roads were not so good and should be prepared to handle it ..

Awesome food, good hospitality. The views are even better from all the cottages. Mano helped us a lot with great room service and well mannered staff. We will plan our visit again here for sure. They even help with parking your vehicle on steep slopes as all cottages have personal parking.
