(Premium Family Room ) They gave room in terrace which is not safe for family it’s kind of meeting hall and in one corner only one room was there (room pic and given room is totally different), We ask hotel staff to change the room but they didn’t respond since we booked via treebo. So we approached treebo to change the room but they took the feedback didn’t respond early,they simply said will update in 15 mins ,we approached treebo 3 times in every 15 mins interval since we need room asap.we waited there for close to 1hr and left . Till now they didn’t respond just received a message room is canceled .We finally got some good home stay. *this hotel is strictly for bachelor since basement is bar and alway crowded. Take away : Treebo is just an app they don’t know the complete details of the hotel ,so don’t use treebo in hill station since we all want to enjoy the trip .they spoil your plan and mood completely .…

A pleasant stay at Treebo kodaikkanal.The staffs are very helpful ,esply Francis and Kesavan..The rooms location is very good.Carparking.Facility is also.But there is no kitchen..The timing of hotwater facility should be changed to any time.. All over the hotel is good for stay with family..

Even after informing the hotel one day prior to the check in that i have senior citizen and she can't walk they didn't do the needful. Communication of the hotel staff was poor some of them only spoke in Tamil.

This is one of the best budget hotels that I have stayed in. The location of the hotel is excellent and the scenery of the beauty of Kodaikanal can be seen through the roof of the hotel. The rooms are neat abd the services are excellent as well. Worth Staying Here. Definitely a hotel worth of appreciation.

We reached arnd 2200. Staffs were waiting at reception they are very friendly and courteous. Room was very neat, clean nd nicely organised. Hot water have timing. 3floor bldg without lift Close to city center. Food is tasty. Overall our stay was very nice n pleasant

I stayed here for one night in room No. 1007, room was little warm, clean and spacious.When i asked to change the pillow cover and bed-sheet staff changed it immediately.I would say good staff.I stayed here with my family with 2 kids we were very happy here, one of reason of happiness was as previous night we stayed in Roshan Residancy and it was like sleeping on footpath, complete Hell, such a horrible experience , may be re-payed the sin of last birth.A big disappointment at Treebo was complementary breakfast, many people said BF is good but we all found it not good at all(May be we are not used to of such quality of food) , they charged RS. 100 for extra guest but its not worth of having BF here.They need to improve cleaning in restaurant.

Bad behavior. Substandard food. In night 1 AM security guard watching TV on full volume and when requested he shouted in local language and slept with TV ON. They wont care abt customer. my booking ID was 1735752964. via booking .com

Good accommodation at reasonable price. The room was small but had a TV and geyser Hot water available from morning 7 to 10 and one hour in the evening.The breakfast spread was very good. Staff were polite and good service. The manager gave early check-in. Definitely will refer to anyone
