Pros: 1. Room as well as view from room is very good. Value for money. 2. Staffs are good, nice behaviour. Cons: 1. Worst food. Food quality should be improved. We were having severe stomach problem by consuming the food and it ruined our trip. Please include some north Indian style food also so that people can try that. Please stop using coconut oil and curry leaves in all preparations. 2. Service can be improved. Very slow service. 3. No soap, shampoo, towel provided. After I called reception and asked for it, they provided. This is very necessary to arrange the room properly before guests checkin. 4. Wifi didn't work properly. Without wifi, it's very difficult to stay there as you won't get signal easily for airtel/vodafone.

Jem valley the finest place for stay at kodaikanal safe and secured atmosphere. The food taste is delicious no harm for health and digestion. Campfire and dinner buffet were one of the finest ambience and enjoyable.

Nice room with balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner food varieties are less. Clean room and pleasant place to stay. House keeping is good. Heater in bathroom didn’t work properly.

Love the rooms and food. foods are not very costly, but the hotel is bit remote area, where didn't get any mobile signal, only relying on wifi. but deinitly u will love the rooms, and definitly, the view from balcony.

I was stayed in jemvalley on December it was amazing experience. Climb up and down is very adventurous. All staff are very polite. We enjoy the trip. From the balcony we can able to see mountain views. Totally it was worth for money.

The staffs are very welcoming. We loved the stay for New year 2023. We also enjoyed a new year eve party, a special buffet dinner and camp fire. The rooms were one of the best at Jem Valley. The property manager is very friendly. Awesome room service and balcony view.

We stayed in Jem valley for 2 nights , all their rooms have balcony and the view is stunning .. the hotel is located in the highest altitude in Kodai .. the road towards the hotel is very steep and it will be challenging with elders ..we had RE Himalayan,it was thrilling ride to the hotel .. Staffs were extremely friendly at this place .. their food in restaurant is good and provided at a reasonable price. We missed our mobile phone while checking out and Esther from Jem valley was very kind enough to inform us about the mobile when we didn’t even realise that we missed it in the room .. she went over and beyond , couriered the mobile in a safe packaging and made sure it reached us within 2 days .. Our trip to Kodai and stay at Jem will be a very good memory for us ❤️
