Had a nice stay good staff’s especially Ms jaya and shantana are very good. Food was good except aloo parata. Clean and tidy Security was exceptionally good behavior Near to Kodaikanal lake only walkable distance.

I recently visited jc residency during my college trip for my stay. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, hygienic and also spacious. The food was extremely delicious even though I had some specification for food. And the bonfire and dj was top notch. Loved the service. Overall jc residency helped us create core memories for life time to cherish upon. Thank you.

I used to stay in JC residency, whenever come to Madurai. I always get a warm greetings from hotel people. Often I see, Mr. Sudhakar who is working in restaurant. His service is very polite, caring too. I always complete my breakfast with heartful satisfaction. Thank you!

Very good hotel. Neat rooms and ambience. Food was excellent. Mr.Murugan's carrot honey soup, chicken vepudu , veg Manchow soup, baked beans and Masala bread was outstanding. Must try dishes. Sun tours and travels Mr.Nova organised amazing trip to adventurous unseen places of kodaikanal. Must go with friends.

Very cozy and a pleasant stay, the hotel Manager- Mr. Jeyaraj, and staff team with Mr Murugan are all warm and welcoming.. made our stay more safe and secured.. The breakfast and Dinner were complimentary in our package and both meals are served hot and freshly cooked.. Chef Mr Thangam serves every meals so well.. Room service and house keeping is also good.. The Tour package provided by the resort is one of its kind.. Local sight seeing and the forest trip was all spellbound The off-road tour at JC was so special and was an out of the world experience.. Overall - thoroughly enjoyed the Kodaikanal stay of 4 days at JC residency with comfort, safety and entertainment

When it comes to choosing the perfect hotel for a memorable vacation, a combination of factors plays a crucial role. Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel in an exquisite location. While my overall experience was fantastic, there was a minor hiccup during check-in that momentarily dampened my spirits. In this post, I will share my journey, highlighting the exceptional aspects of the hotel, along with a few valuable tips to ensure a smooth stay. A Check-In Mishap: As with any trip, check-in can sometimes be a bit of a hassle. Unfortunately, I encountered a slight inconvenience upon arrival. Despite booking two villas for four adults, I was given only one villa upon check-in at 4 pm on a Saturday. To my dismay, I was informed that the second villa would not be available until the following day. Complicating matters, I soon discovered that the booking platform I used, RCI India, was not operational during weekends, making it challenging to reach out to them for immediate assistance. However, the hotel staff quickly stepped in, resolving the issue by 7 pm and ensuring a pleasant stay thereafter. The Hotel's Highlights: Apart from the initial check-in setback, my stay at the hotel was truly delightful. One of the standout features was the abundance of parking space available for guests. This convenience eliminated any worries about finding a secure spot for our vehicle. Another charming aspect of the hotel was the nightly bonfire held at 7:30 pm. Gathering around the crackling flames, guests had the opportunity to mingle, unwind, and create lasting memories. The warmth of the bonfire truly added to the overall ambiance and provided a fun and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Delightful Dining Experience: No vacation is complete without indulging in delectable cuisine, and the hotel's restaurant did not disappoint. The restaurant manager, Mr. Murugan, deserves special mention for his exceptional customer service. His friendly and attentive nature elevated the dining experience, ensuring that each guest felt valued and well cared for. From the delectable dishes to the impeccable service, the restaurant provided a satisfying culinary journey. Conclusion: Despite a small hiccup during check-in, my stay at this wonderful hotel was undeniably memorable. The hotel's ample parking space, nightly bonfires, and outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Murugan and his team contributed to a truly enjoyable experience. As with any trip, it's important to anticipate minor setbacks and remember that they often pale in comparison to the overall experience. JC Residency is located just 2-3 kms away from city centre and bus stand and has a beautiful welcoming look compared to other hotels at Kodaikanal. The residency is divided into blocks based on type of rooms and has an amazing view with lots of parking, own nursery, children and adults play rooms and a travel desk for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities for a stay at the hill station. The best part was the delicious food and well spread breakfast buffet. Special mention to Mr Murugan and team for their service. The housekeeping was prompt and room cleaning was very satisfactory. A definite recommendation from my side to others. Well done Team JC Residency.

I had the best experience with my family at jc residency, Kodaikanal. The staffs there had great hospitality, considerate and helpful. Firstly, the cottage my family resided was cozy, comfortable and lovely. Secondly, the food there was great(especially mutton briyani)....thirdly, i have to appreciate the efforts put on camp fire with music...the staff who played the music got suggestions from us...our family danced our way through the nights we stayed...jc residency made us feel like home... everything there was perfect..our family got to have the perfect vacation after a long time...the staffs welcomed us with a smile and we all left the place with a lot of unforgettable memories..thankyou so much
