The place is full of greenery. Staff is very good. Food is excellent. If someone wants to enjoy the beauty of nature should visit this place once. They have maintained it properly and you can just have a peace of mind with enjoying silent beauty of the nature.

The resort is rather beautifully landscaped with multiple places to relax in the exquisite weather. The staff is courteous and the service prompt. The resort is located off the main road and has good parking facilities on premises. However, a few things need improvement. The restaurant is cramped and not well lit. Given the beautiful property it should be made more open with abundant day light. Secondly, the music played by the resort to entertain groups is too loud. It destroys the peace and quiet that one would hope for in a hill resort ( at least I did).
Lastly, this place has very poor cell connectivity. Moreover, the wifi only works in the reception area. Sure, the resort can't do anything about cell phone towers but the wifi accessibility should be definitely improved.

We are a time sharing member, which means we paid an amount before a few years in bulk to enjoy the service 10 times a year and pay 8000 maintenance each year plus we need to pay 3500 for using each time. Saying that we went this January 2020 with our cousins and booked a villa checked in by 3 pm and asked for extra bed for 2 people but till night 11.30 we did not get the bed , we called the front desk “Boopathi “ multiple times and went to the front desk too but no response finally he stopped attending the phone instead of providing the bed. Then by 11.30 the service guy came and he could not get the bet open then he went back to get another guy at that time and finally by 12 they succeeded.The toilet in our cottage smelled real bad we informed them but no response. Finally we all adjusted using 1 bathroom . The next day we wanted to meet the manager they kept pointing at different people then the maintenance manager “Herbert” came he was not ready to apologise or even listen to what happened he kept arguing telling his staff are good and don’t argue all that done he ran off. Then finally the resort manager came he spoke clearly out of all those there explaining they were sorry for the bad service. My question is how come “Herbert” a housekeeping manager not have patience to even understand the situation when he was not there the previous night and yell at a customer.

The resort is located just behind sterling Kodai valley resort at a better price. Spectacular Hill View, Amazing location and delicious food. The staff was cordial and takes care of all your needs. This place is 4 km from Kodai lake and you will have to take your own vehicle for sightseeing or the resort Will arrange one for you at additional charges. Good for visit family and friends both and there are ample activities to keep you occupied.

The environment of this hotel is simply amazing. It is surrounded by green views and the cold weather makes it nice. However, the downside are poor customer services (had to find somebody for some time for us to check in, had to climb stairs to reach our room yet nobody was there to help us bring the luggage to our room and we had to pull it ourselves), wifi is available only at the reception area and breakfast hall, etc.

I recommend not booking directly through the Green Pastures - Hill Country Resort’s website. Instead, use online travel booking platforms where prices are significantly lower. In my experience, the difference can be as much as 40%, making it a much better deal for the same accommodations.

Great location. The staffs were very kind and polite . Offers complimentary buffet breakfast (South Indian , North Indian and continental). Driver can have food at the canteen located inside the resort at minimum cost.we have experienced short time power cuts ( frequently) due to the weather and no auto power backups till July 7 th 2022 and no rooms provided for the drivers as it’s occupied by some training people.

Wonderful experience, We wanted a far off place from the town. Yes, as seen in the pictures property is neatly maintained. Road to reach the resort from town is not that great. But once we enter resort it’s like getting into a different world. Breakfast options were less. But dinner was really good. Portion of each dish was larger than we expected. Unfortunately it was raining the whole period of our stay we couldn’t spend much time outdoor. Kids enjoyed running around!! Overall worth a trip.
