Very nice locale right next to Coakers Walk! Take the rooms on the first floor for exhilarating views of the countryside as well as bison (if you are lucky). Add to it a bunch of very playful kittens and two lovely dogs and you do not need to step out of the Youth Hostel to enjoy your stay! The only downside is that they have only a limited menu but the food is home made and tasty! Just waiting for a chance to go back one more time!
Amazing Place . You can touch the wild .Feel the forest . . Back packers can enjoy . But not so fit for family stay. If you wish loneliness you can choose Greenland . Slight away from everything . Loneliness
The view from this hotel is the best you can have. Once you checkin the view from the place will make you stay. And the food here is not over the top but it taste like home . You will find amiable traveller guys here. Will defined recommend this place to all the traveller and nature lover
I would be more than happy to recommend this place to whoever is desirous of visiting Kodai as:- a) The staff was really cooperative though it was facing a man-power crunch; b) The room was very spacious and hygiene; c) The food would be prepared in time; d) The hostel has been situated on the side of a hill which overlooks the clouds and hills which brings POSITIVE VIBES & HAPPINESS; and e) Last not but the least, it is an apt place for all type of travelers specially for the social butterflies By viewing the snaps of the hostel, one of my colleagues is struggling to book a room for tripping to Kodai next week...
This place is situated right next to Coakers Walk and has very positive and happy vibes. The host Nitin has a charming and welcoming demeanour. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The whole property is really beautiful and the best part is the bench (you will know it when you see it) which provides a beautiful view of the valley. The food was good too! This place is open to families as well as solo travelers, backpackers and group travelers. Definitely, recommend it if you're ever in Kodaikanal.
