Starting with the plus you can definitely go for this rooms especially for the view from the balcony. i wanned a room in kodaikanal with a great view n i searched all online sites n found very few like this one, while booking i was in a dailemma wether those pictures were true! i opted this villa with double mind only but in the end it was a pleasant stay there n the room was neat n the view was extraordinary! the staffs were friendly, they never disturbed us and the food was too good compared to outside hotels we tried but it was bit expensive.Must try the chef's special chicken 65🤩
here comes the minus abt the villa-
1.this villa is not far from the city but the roads are very nasty it almost takes 20 to 25 mins to reach the city which is just 2kms from room.
2.dont expect a luxury room, room are moderate.
3.dont go for deluxe room which doesn't come with the valley view they have only 2 or 3 rooms in the villa with great view.
4.no shops available nearby better buy everything yo need before yo head back to the room.

overall was a great stay for me we had a pleasant n peaceful stay with no vehicle sounds! all we could hear was the waterfalls nearby n the sound of mother nature.

will definitely suggest this villa for a good vacation😍

Want to work from holiday destination in US timings in a clean environment then you should try Syamantac Villa Kodaikanal. My suggestion is if you are looking for long stay then opt compact room priced less but it is a small size without balcony. We can also use working space at free of cost. You will definitely feel at home. because girija mam will go out of the way to make sure you have your food and snacks in different view points within property . one evening i sat on wood house balcony which had breathtaking view. Another day on titanic view point where you can see palani temple view. Hot onion pakoda topped with spices and authentic fish curry should be in your must try list. You don't have restaurant upto 1 km but caretaker basu is always on his toes. Overall relaxed good stay to execute office work too. Care and Hospitality assured .

This property is located away from the noise and crowd and with a breathtaking view. The road to this property maybe a little tricky but manageable. The owner goes out of the way to make you comfortable and helps you in every possible way.
Although there is no restaurant nearby the food at the property itself is delicious and if your lucky you may get a visit from a bison lurking around.
Overall, if your looking for quite little cozy place with a good view, this is definitely a good option.

i would love to narate my stay "Hospitality and cleanliness "was bench mark .When we checked in we were given traditional welcome with chandanam , chocolate and lemon tea which chilled us . basu the staffs made sure we checked our rooms and tagged us with assured cleniness .We spent hours to gether from big balcony .which had a beautiful .scenic view . Hours together spent watching the nature .We were lucky to experience hailstorm rain . host Dr girija and her family stays in the campus. The host was always reachable with care and love .it's .3 5km before lake located in mid of valley lovely with little rough roads .. radhe Krishna temple in lawn stole the heart .Tiny miniature plants varities of cactus and coffee plants was eye catching . .Out of the way host made sure to packed food for my 3 year old kid .overcall we felt that we came to our relatives house for stay ..

A great place to spend time with your loved ones. Food and accommodation was good and satisfying. The ambience was pure bliss. The view and sight from the villa was mesmerizing. Especially the arrangements for candle light dinner was lit. Make sure you are accompanied with an experienced hill climb driver for your vehicle to enjoy the trip to the core.

Enjoyed the heavenly view from the balcony. Hosts Girija and Raja were extremely helpful and very warm. They played perfect hosts. Food was very nice. We got to relish some local flavours. Enjoyed the stay. The pets Buddy and Coffee kept my children busy and add colors to this place. Road to the property needs attention as I hear it has been hampered by the rains this season.Else great place to unwind yourself with nature.
