Detailed Reviews
We have stayed in this friendly haveli several times over the years and it’s always been a pleasure to return. The hotel’s location is ideal, being set in an old and interesting part of town with unsurpassed views of the palace and castle from the large roof terrace.
All of the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and decorated in a traditional style. We chose a spacious and airy double on the front with murals and arched, coloured windows .The painted ceiling is wonderful!
The Kasera family live on the premises and are courteous, charming and more than happy to help their guests with information about Bundi or onward travel arrangements.
Home cooked food and drinks are available in the room or on the impressive roof terrace. An amazing place to spend Diwali and a very pleasant stay…………🙏🏽

My father and I stayed here for 3 nights in February and we were so happy we found this little gem. The rooms are bright, clean, big comfy beds and hot showers. Each room has a great view. It is a short walk to the Fort or to the temples near the lake behind the hotel. We had breakfast on the nice rooftop and watched the sun set behind the hills. It was a quiet, safe, comfortable place to relax. The couple that own the hotel live on the premises and were always available to help us, they booked our onward transport for us and saw us off. I will definitely stay here again.

What value for money. This lovely hotel has the most perfect view of the Old Palace from our bedroom & the roof terrace. The owner Navneet was so helpful, chatty & friendly & his wife Jhankar is a wonderful cook, we had the cashew curry for dinner & pancakes, bananas, toast & honey & plenty of tea & coffee for breakfast. Also thank you to Atul for serving our dinner in the rain & carrying our large rucksacks (2 at a time) upstairs!!!

+1
We had the great fortune to spend a week at Kasera Heritage View about a year ago, the end of February 2019. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was so kind to us, and the old city of Bundi was a wonderful place to spend some time for a pleasant break from being on the road. We spent a month in Rajasthan altogether.
Our hosts were so nice, and easy to communicate with. There are lots of things to explore in the area. Maybe our favorite part was having the time to really get to know the small winding streets in the old part of Bundi. We met many nice people including the owners, and had time to dine at many of the restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof deck every morning. It was a great way to start the day! The food at the hotel was very good and the service was excellent.
Kasera Heritage View was a perfect place to relax and recharge. Stay here for a comfortable place to unpack, catch up with yourself and get some rest. Watch the antics of the monkeys on the rooftops; feed the cows in the morning for good karma. Watch life unfold in this lovely old city. I would stay again, and maybe even a little longer! I hope I get the chance to return.
I wrote quite a long review as we were driving to our next destination, last year, but the app froze and it was lost. THIS is how long it took for me to review them again! (I had to say April 2019 because that was the earliest choice given me)

We had stayed with Mr Kasera 15 years ago in a different hotel and it was lovely to visit Bundi again. The hotel is pretty tucked away, but convenient for visiting the sights of Bundi, particularly the fort. The hotel has a spectacular view of the fort, which is lit up at night. The food is good and the room comfortable. A good budget hotel with a friendly host.

I have stayed in Bundi several times but this was the best of the hotels. Raj, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant on the roof and will soon be another on the ground floor. The location is great and the rooms very spacious.

My partner and I recently stayed here for one night. We were given a room looking out at the very close by Fort. The walls to our room had hand painted drawings on them and the haveli has been beautifully restored to a very high and modern standard.
The free breakfast was lovely and we were able to sit out on the roof terrace in the evening and drink a kingfisher with the owner looking out over the town with the monkeys swinging through the town below.
The family all live here too and the service from all is impeccable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We booked to stay for just two nights but decided to stay for more as Bundi is such a wonderful place and Kasera Heritage is a beautiful hotel. The best hotel we have stayed in India with welcoming staff who helped us endlessly, good room service and the location is just amazing. Our room looked out onto the Bundi Palace, great view, and the lake it minutes away. If you're staying in Bundi you must stay here! The rooms are decorated with great style, good tv and AC and very clean. Cannot stop talking about how friendly and lovely the hosts are wish we could stay here forever!

We didn't stay at this hotel but the owner of the hotel was extremely kind and friendly in helping us to plan and book a taxi and further hotels for our trip. I would highly recommend popping in if in need of any help.

The rooms facing the palace are the ones most affected by the street/traffic noise. I am a light sleeper as well. The noise stopped by about 11:00 pm and re-started at around 5:00 am. I don't know if that is good enough for you. If you pick rooms facing the lake, the street noise is lot less. But the kitchen noise is always there till about 10 pm.
I only ever stayed in Kasera Heritage. So I cannot honestly claim if other hotels are any better.
