A two night stay at The Bagh turned out to be a very pleasant experience and was more than what we expected. The hospitality and the attention to details of the staff at bath is commendable. They are ready to help you out in whatever way they can. The whole property is serene, clean, green and is surrounded by peace and tranquil. The meals provided are absolutely fresh and tasty as well. The bird sanctuary is within proximity and the staff at bagh help you out with the details as well. Overall a must visit for a quick getaway.
Its a heritage property with all the luxury amenities with a nature touch. As the name suggest, its property full of greenery around. As one of the reason to visit Bharatpur is to go for brirding, this resort itself is home to awesome birding experience. It has multiple bird hides to explore. Rooms are big. comfortable with heritage touch. Food is nice with good options. Resort don't arrange trips to the main national park so one has to manage it and its approx 5-6 KM from the resort. Even if birding is not on cards, this resort is good place for weekend getaways and relaxation. Its within 4 hrs dirve from Delhi NCR Its one of the best place to stay in Bharatpur & much recommended
The Bagh, as the name suggest, is a royal garden which is lush green, filled with lots of nature, many different species of birds, dancing peacocks and peace. Its a huge property with individual and separate block of spacious rooms where stay gives you a royal feel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Delicious and varied variety of food is served. Pool and Spa make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Had a very comfortable and memorable stay there.
As soon as I paid the bill at the restaurant this bill person Vishnu muttered with his fellow waiter said "these people should be dealt this way otherwise more number of people would start coming in to this place."
Huge resort with very nicely designed rooms having both a heritage as well as modern look and feel. Organic farming, own dairy and excellent staff. The food is very tasty and served with humility and humbleness. The owner himself is there and interact with the guest. He is very particular about what he is offering be it the ambience or the food. The staff is very helpful and humble. Food served there is mostly home grown and dairy products all in house. The walk around the resort seeing hordes of peacocks freely moving around, parakeets, kingfishers, green pigeon , long tail magpie any many more can be spotted right at the resort. Was a very relaxing and pleasant weekend
Well this resort charges almost 11k and in return this place gives you sewage water in washroom. Also. Staff is that good and talks rudely with guest. Food is average.I have attached images for the. Whole washroom was stinking.this place is not worth the money they charge. Only thing which is good is the plantation and it’s spread in huge area.
Choose this place if you want to spend some time away from the hustle bustle of city life. A vast property spread over 40 acres, this place is home to over 100 peacocks and scores of other birds that you can see flocking around. Rooms are comfortable, luxurious with fresh food, most of which is sourced from their own farms. Take the nature walk with their naturalist Guddu, an amazing photographer with a detailed knowledge of birds. All in all, a great stay
The visit to the Bagh was a wholesome experience with a homely stay in the lap of nature, unimaginable service and delicious food. Three of us went there for an excursion from Delhi and booked ourselves a Deluxe Heritage room with all meals included. The rooms were very clean and the surroundings were lush green with rare birds in sight. The Bagh has its own vegetable and dairy farms that provide for the freshly cooked meals. We were provided with individual attention from the staff and the owner alike. It was an experience of a lifetime and we would highly recommend a stay here!
I went to The Bagh on my 35th marriage anniversary and I have to say that this was one of the most memorable marriage anniversary celebrations. Owner, with family, took amazing care of us and took us to places around the property. The hospitality of the owner and the entire staff is unmatched and made me feel that this was the best place to spend a big milestone in my life. Thank you to everyone at The Bagh who made this date even more memorable.
Far from the bustle of city life is an Oasis in the historic state of Rajasthan, ‘The Bagh Bharatpur’. A two hundred years old property spread out in vast green gardens and orchards is a sight for sore eyes. The maintenance of the property is par excellence. The courteous staff is ever willing to fulfil your every need and to make your stay memorable in every possible way. The chefs rustle up delicious and homely meals as requested by the guests. Most of the vegetables served are homegrown organically. They have their own dairy. From Monday to Thursday the property is mostly vacant and is the best time to visit if you desire personalised services and to be treated like royalty. The pool and spa help to make your holiday relaxing and memorable. The property is so large, in almost 40 acres of land, that one can wander around in the morning and evenings to inhale pure oxygen and not get tired of the exercise and variety of birds nestling there. For the bird lovers they have a number of bird hides on the property. Also, Bharatpur bird sanctuary is less than 10 minutes drive from the resort. If you go to the sanctuary do not forget to hire a guide and a cycle rickshaw/ tonga. Three nights stay is recommended with family and friends.…
