Well, I actually did not stay in this sad excuse for hotel. We made bookings for two rooms, came to the hotel and they presented the rooms we were supposed to stay. I asked them if they were serious, because the walls were crumbling down, what was left of the paint was pilling under excessive humidity. My friend said we needed diving suits to stay in those rooms. We demanded different rooms and were shown the new rooms in quite the same state. We sad no thanks and left. I rather lost my Money (as it was too late for cancelling) and paid full price for two rooms, then staying here. We crossed the road to another hotel where I paid my accommodation once again, but for normal rooms. Horrible.

There is no electricity back up. Have to ask for everything starting from towels, dustbin, toiletries and hot water. No option for card payment. It serves only vegetarian food which is not mentioned anywhere. Horrible room service. We got late because of the staff not serving bed tea and neither breakfast on time. Not sure of the security aspects of the hotel. It has a boundary wall which we saw people jumping off. 눇Only the food was good. But they serve only vegetarian which they do not mention anywhere.

Its very nice place to stay infact it is located at NH 11 and nearby Bird Century Park Bharatpur. There is a worth to stay here, as everything get renewed delicious food and good restaurant along with International Chef in the kitchen.We should stay here and take enjoy the location. It is a very nice and beautiful place! Despite such amount of visitors, its very quiet! Also Room Service is excellent! The food is too good ! I will come again and again. Hotel Location is very nice. Hotel is situated on Jaipur Agra Highway.

had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, ideally located, sublime garden! just renovated, quality mattresses with new linen, proper ammenities, delectable food and excellent service. A thumbs up and I highly recommend to anybody for a family vaccation.

The room was stinky, bathroom was more messy than a railway station, too much of dirt all around, even the electric boards were not intact, the quilts were so dirty that we could not take it and feeling cold the whole night. Too many mosquitoes and Insects all around and the staff didn't do anything about it , even after informing twice. Never never stay there, they will ruin your holiday.

location of the hotel is good as it is on the road and very near to the bird sanctuary but rooms of the hotel are not so clean and give a very old look. bed etc. were also not clean. quilts given to us were very dirty so we could not use them. services were also very poor.

The hotel location was good as it was near the bird sanctuary but also being next to the road the place was very noisy. The hotel did not provide heaters even in the month of december. The hotel bathroom was very untidy ,the rooms do not have even the basic amenities. To our shock even the switch boards were not intact. We did not even think of drinking a glass of water at the hotel because we sighted a pig roaming near their kitchen. The hotel staff was good which was the only positive point about our stay at the hotel.

There has been a nice change since this beautiful property has been taken over by some new in charges in the profession. Till now this hotel was in a mess, but noiw it seems that this group of of young people want to run it professionally and are eager to take feed backs and have promised to make changes and work hard to make this place one of the best in Bharatpur, let's see what they can do this coming season. However this is a nice property for guests with young children and very conveniently located.
