Very pleasant n beautiful stay. A haveli with complete royalty feel. Beautiful ambiance and superbly maintained. Staff makes you feel special in every possible way. Food was tasty. Overall an awesome day spent.
The hotel was very welcoming and the service was excellent. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and both were very good. It had air-conditioning and provided plenty of bottled water for our stay. The rooms were very traditional, with fabulous gilt doors and padlocks rather than keys. A unique property with plenty of charm. Great hotel to stay when visiting the Keoladeo National Park, which is amazing.
Mahal,it has style grace of a palace, grand rooms luxurious, done up in style, lush gardens ad a pool for relaxation, great delicious food with limited menu, supply free drinking water,a courtyard adds to the glamour, located in a village ample parking space, just across is fields with crops,a look into rural India
The experience of staying in an 1840 AD haveli is one everyone must experience. The gardens are so well maintained, the service makes you feel like royalty, the special care given for our anniversary decoration and cake was memorable! The food is home like and yet a good variety. Will be coming back for sure!
Chandra Mahal Haveli is reminiscent of an era gone by. This ancestral home of Late Benazir Bhutto is very discerning, very charming indeed. Beautifully nestled in the rural village of Pahersar, there is this so much beauty and simplicity to it. Furthermore, the property encourages village employment, and most of its members reside in the surrounding village. There is nobility in this thought; something very intriguing. Pro's: *My room was very large. *It had a spacious deck and a Haveli terrace to it- nostalgically attractive. * It was neat. *Swimming pool was clean. *Food was like 'Ghar ka Khana', so very delicious and simple. *Hamid, at the restaurant, made us comfortable at meals. *Paramvir, at the reception, is so very helpful. Con's: *Geyser was not working. *Tap was leaking. *TV was not working. *Room service takes very long- my extra pillows took an hour to reach my room. It is a restored heritage property, with a healthy tariff, indicating that basic amenities, and comforts should certainly be present. There seems to be a lack of attention at the senior supervisory level, which definitely can be corrected if they have the will.…
This quaint haveli is an hidden gem. Maternal home of late Benazir bhutto is converted into a small hotel. It is charming , rustic and has all the comforts that you need . The haveli needs a little upkeep at places but all that can be forgiven . It grows on you. The one thing that truly sets this property apart is the service and food. The staff was just brilliant. Went out of the way to make us comfortable. Thank you Harish , subhash, hamid and each and every member of the staff. The Indian food was unbelievably good and fresh. I strongly recommend this quaint property and you will.be pleasantly surprised.
Hotel is located in a village called Paharsar near Bharatpur, Rajasthan. It is a small village and there are no options to eat out or sight seen nearby. You need to visit Bharatpur every time which is around 25 Km and you also need to spend INR 25 for the one side toll. But the property is very good, you will get a haveli feeling and as it is built around 1840 so there are many historical facts associated with this Haveli. You can connect with any of the staff member. Staff is very polite and friendly. You will get freshly cooked food every time. Rooms have all the basic amenities but do not expect luxury. You will get ACs, comfortable beds and clean washrooms but the furniture quality is not that great. So, if you want to experience laid back holiday then you can visit this place. There are 2 types of deluxe rooms, so room in original haveli are bigger than room in the new building. Ask for that. The traveling tales from Youtube…
Excellent Location, service and food. Well maintained pool. Team led by Subhash Rajput goes all out to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's about 25 Km form the bird century and in the middle of a Village surrounded by lot of farmlands.
We had 3 rooms booked at the property. The deluxe room is sinplistic and good to accomodate 2 (max 3); these heritage rooms are simple and chic. Toilets clean enough and few toilet amenities. The suit room booked was amazingly large and had all toilet amenities included like a 5 star. The restaurant was closed due to low occupancy on the day of visit; but the food was nicely served in the room. Breakfast was discussed on the prior nigjt and well served on time. The staff is very helpful and serves guest needs assuring 100% satisfaction The property is inside a village and so the electricity keeps shutting between DG and mains. So glad to have a 24*7 backup!! Suggestions: 1. The rooms (deluxe) and in general the propery can be further encriched with a little more hygiene to make is a perfect 5* experience, but still its amazing 2. LED lighting on borders of room and pool area can give it a more elegant look at night. Thanks to mr. Harish for his extended support and hospitality…
I just loved this heritage property. I stayed in suite room which was quiet spacious, along with a sitting area , a balcony and a Jacuzzi. The pool area was really beautiful having Greenery around. One could sit and chill there whole day. The staff is really good. Their service is so quick. pushpender ji, amit ji, Mukesh ji, vinod ji and ravinder ji all are really good staff. Would really reccomend this property.
