Centrally location on Mall Road and close to golden temple. The Hotel Rooms are clean and enough specious. I had good time during my stay at the fern residency amritsar.. Good view from room good breakfast This is my second. Visit… Recommend
I stayed there for 2 nights Room 203 room is ok, linen dirty with spots, the worst part was same breakfast for 2 days continuously (Idli Sambhar, Chole Kulche, Poha, Mix fruit Juice, same cut fruits, eggs). Service was slow clearance not done after dinner even after reminding the server. Bathroom amenities like body wash not replaced the second day. Good thing is the location and also the taste of food.
I stayed in a room where window was not there. Linen is old. Need refurbishment. Morning breakfast need improvement. No much varities. Staff at the reception was very helpful and pilite. Average Stay, Close to the market. Food taste was good.

We have been overcharged for rooms on the pretext of getting big rooms but still we got small rooms. One of the rooms AC is not working and we highlighted this multiple times even then the room was not changed or any repair work done. Room service is so bad that even additional water bottles have not been provided on request. I don’t want refund but you guys should have quality control as hygiene hospitality and room service is just awful and pathetic. PS - The staff does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge issues and talk back when issues are highlighted. The linen is not washed and bathroom smells…

One of the staff who is receptionist is just like a bouncer. Resatuarant food not tasty. No label on foods. Waiters are not well trained. No proper servicing and things are not properly managed. No covid protocol.
Teribble receptionist 6 fef 2022 morning no atticates no language no basic training and also he is scolding me on asking cleaning the room ....The laguage use ___when asked to connect with gm of the property no gm in this properttly he replied Restraunt food menu very limted in a 4 star rated property hiw it can be allowd by star rating agency ... No standrds of serving No covid protclol on tables I am all shocked i wasted all my money bookibg this hotel
Receptionist and her coleage is terrible, agresiveve behaviour, it was bad experience though out the stay. Restaurant food was not tasty , very very bad. There is no labelling on food, very bad presentation. Waiters are not well mannered n untrained.
