Due to an issue with another hotel we ended up staying at the hotel.
We were able to book rooms last minute. Staff were excellent, very attentive and polite. It was room only, tea/coffee available in room. We had to ask for towels which they happily provided. Beds were comfortable. AC in room and ceiling fan which was a bit noisy but was able to sleep easily due tiredness.
Hotel room was very clean. Location was spot on and l would definitely stay again

I have visited this hotel 2 days ago. The room service was amazing. The main icing on the top is the hotel staff specifically Sarabjit Singh the duty manager who really helped us out with the things other than his main work. Must visit place. Walking distance for Darbar Saheb

Stayed here during my Amritsar visit. Wanted to stay here as wanted to stay close to Golden temple, Jallianwala bagh, Heritage road and Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji Statue. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Very helping staff. Only thing I missed here was an in-house restaurant. Otherwise one of the most comfortable stays for me and my family. Kudos to the hotel staff. Special kudos to security staff as he was very diligent in opening the doors for the guests without missing once.

Lacks basic support set up .Managers are polite and helpful but lower level staff are untrained and casual.
Seems like management is not much interested in keeping maintenance of this hotel.
Hawkers are putting their cloths stall inside just in front of reception.
Rooms lacks maintenance the window view is very depressing specially 101.
Only advantage is its near to Harminder sahib .

Sarbjeet Singh (Duty Manager): It was a good stay! The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean throughout,and our room was spacious with everything that I needed.I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Stayed here during an Intrepid tour and was completely grossed out when we checked our bed.
The sheets were brown and stained in strategic places, absolutely disgraceful considering they knew 12 westerners were coming and westerners like clean unstained bedsheets. The pillowslips were even worse. I didnt dare look at the pillows themselves. Only 1 white (grey) towel provided per room, not just ours.
Called our tour leader who immediately got things straightened out. We were then given 2 pristine, white, brand new sheets and pillowcases and an extra grey towel. Why couldnt they have prepared the rooms to this standard in the first place. Don't they value Intrepid's business?
They simply don't care, the room porter even wrote my room number on my bag, which I now cant remove.
The wifi was out of action while we were there, no apology or explanation simply "wifi broken"
On the positive side, there was plenty of hot water and the location was pretty good, in a busy street and less than 5 minutes walk to the Golden Temple of Amritsar.

The hotel is in a very convenient location but unfortunately it seems the management seem to rely heavily upon this to the detriment of the facilities. It's located only around the corner from Darbar Sahib (The Golden Temple) and this is very much in it's favour. Although it's situate in a 'no- car' zone, the police officers will let you through if you explain you're going to the hotel. My room was reasonably clean but there were copious amounts of dust on the curtains. The facilities were basic: a bed, a tv, a phone, a ceiling fan and a (noisy) ac unit. Thankfully the bathroom was in good condition and clean. There is a coffee shop/cafe situate in the hotel, which has decent opening hours and a good menu. The staff service is ok, although not very attentive.The only real problem I encountered was with the booking. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and received email confirmation from the manager, Narinder. However, I decided to make sure and when I called the hotel 3 days before intended check in, I discovered that there was no booking made. Luckily, I was able to book a room then. This is not acceptable conduct from any hotel. Also, the price is somewhat excessive for what you actually get. It should really be around Rs 900 rather than Rs 1400 for a standard room in view of the basic nature of the hotel.

Hotel was worst ever went. Heaters were not working niether wifi nor geysers even in mid of december. Service was very bad beds were near to nightmare. Advice to all dont visit it. We didntiked it at all

Yes there is but it will be parked in the basement of a nearby oyo rooms property
The rooms at the front of the building have good natural light and face the road but bear in mind that the curtains are thin and the road gives a lot of noise
