The things I liked about the hotel is its location as it was my priority to find a stay near bus stand and more appreciable expects of this hotel is as its newly opened the rooms are clean well sanitized and the staff is well spoken and diligent. Considering the price of the stay, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant experience within budget. To the hotel: Enjoyed the stay and will surely come back next i visit Amritsar. Cheers!!!

Sanitized clean rooms. Amenitised provided by hotel. Hygienic food in house restaurant tasty snacks and very tasty food with room service. Friendly house keeping and waiters wore mask while room service. Reception staff very friendly. Hot and cold running water. Car parking facility service provided by valet parking. All facilities made my stay awesome. Surely like to visit again at this property.

Situated at a walkable distance from Golden Temple & Jalianwala bagh, the hotel turned out to be very pleasant with ample parking space, big,neat & sanitized rooms,open terrace & terrace top restaurant. Very courteous, prompt & pro-active staff.Round the clock security. We reached after midnight still the hotel offered us required dinner even their kitchen was closed. This gesture floored me & entire family.We would stay with Dewdrop Shankh on our every visit to amritsar.

Well my stay in the hotel "Dew drop shankh" for four days was indeed memorable as the facilities were simply world class comparable to any 5 star hotel. Further, the quality of food and the taste was delicious that one can never ever forget the same for a long long time. In nutshell I can only say that one will have to stay to feel what all I have said. Thanks to the Hotel mgmnt for making my stay highly comfortable.

The worst experience every in any hotel. Welcome drink was a water bottle. We were given Room 108, which wasn't cleaned for long. Dirty Lenin, un-cleaned Cups & dusty non-functioning kettle, kettle table was full of dust, no AC in room, supposed to be with Restaurant, there was rats running around the restaurant to welcome us. After a long travel, we were hungry and booked an hotel which had restaurant. But we were turned down and asked to wait upto 8.30 pm for dinner. Because i complained there was no one to take order at restaurant, the incharge served us with anger, he was very sarcastic. Food was costly and absolutely not good or terrible, we had to literally waste almost 75% of the quantity served. I had to the call the service team for every other item i need - no coffee packets, insufficient milk powder packet, no spoon to stir, complimentary fruit basket was given only after asking and cookie basket that was mentioned had a unibic biscuit. Worst experience ever.

Awesome stay at dew drop Shankh Amritsar .We stayed in deluxe room .5 stars for cleanliness……. staff eager to help at every point .Frontdesk Rohan Arora helped us to be comfortable and guided us to every place which we want us to visit……..food was also good we tried dal tadka it was awesome Chef personally prepared food of our taste ….. will stay every time at this property whenever will visit Amritsar

Never go to this hotel. The only good thing about this damn pathetic hotel is its near to Golden temple and Jallianwala baug. I went to this hotel on 11th Nov. All the house keeping staff was on leave for Diwali. I had to carry luggage to my room during booking and check out. I stayed in five different hotels before this during my trip and none of the hotels charged surcharge.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Management is very friendly that they can help you at any time. Very near to main center. Planning to revisit. Bathrooms are also having enough space. Cot is very nice and reinjuvate your self after hard travel.
