It is well maintained & courteous staff. The location is within the city limits Though it is in a small lane perpendicular to the main road, we can take luggage through car. Food & room service is good aswell

Comfortable and well located hotel. Very kind and professional service, they should improve cleanliness as it is usual en India. Confortable beds and big room, we had breakfast which you can have downstairs or in the room.

I stayed here and was met in the lobby by the best tour guide I have met in India. His name is Anil Sharma contact directly on +91 97802 34705 or Whatsap him. He took me to the Pakistan/India border to see the guard changing ceremony and managed to squash me through 5000 people so I could get in . His knowledge of the Golden Temple is exemplary and the massive kitchens gave us access as he knew everyone there. Being a solo female traveller he made me feel safe and special . Give him a call if you want professional service at a good prices

The only good point about this hotel is that its just 2.5kms from the Golden temple, market and Jalianwala Bagh. We had been here exactly 10years back, and it was really good then. But now, the rooms really need big time renovation. The bathroom fittings are leaking. Ventilation is really bad. More than anything, the hotel do not offer any eating space. Also, they took 1-1.30hrs for the breakfast preparation.

This is a very old property so i will rate it as 2.5*. Location - Good. Around 2.5kms away from golden temple, and cabs and rishshaws available very easily. Rooms - Very Average rooms. Some rooms do not have proper windows for ventilation. AC worked well, linens and pillows were ordinary. Bathroom was just ok. Shower did not work properly. Room size is decent enough for 2 people, can accommodate third young person as well. Lot of furniture helped in the room for luggage and sitting etc. Food - Do not have a proper sitting arrangement for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was ok ok types. If you are getting this between 1400-2000 per night then go for it else drop this option.

Rooms are spacious and good but felt the charges are more compared to the facilities available. The hotel is within a walkable distance of the railway station. The food available was good at the hotel.

I had a deluxe room, it was very large and clean and had well thought out facilities, such as reading lights, plug sockets where you need them etc. The bathroom was good and very spacious too. The small road on which it is situated is very quiet so you get a good rest. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Essentially this hotel has everything you need for a good stay. As a solo female traveller they also checked for my welfare, which I really appreciated.

This hotel is located down an alley in a busy part of Amritsar near the inner ring road and the old city. By CNG car, it's a quick 10 minutes to the Golden Temple without traffic, so the location is great. It also helped with minimizing street noise. There are not a lot of restaurants outside of the hotel on the street, but the food from the hotel itself was delicious and served through room service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out. The bed was a bit stiff and the room was cold, but they provided a small space heater and I slept fine. Bathroom is a bit primitive with a hot water tank and it was a tight squeeze. Walls were scuffed, but otherwise the room was clean. It was a comfortable stay with good food and good service! I recommend this hotel to foreigners who are looking for a comfy hotel close to the center that won't break the bank.…
