I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Sawinder Kaur from the security department for the amazing experience she provided during our visit to Amritsar, and also a thank s goes to Amrik Singh . From the moment Sawinder kindly guided me and my friend to the city center, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Her warm personality and radiant smile truly made a difference as she also was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our time together.

Very nice project staff was superb, breakfast buffet is also very nice. Rooms were very cozy and neat and clean. Room cleaning staff doing their job nicely and professionally, front desk staff is also very professional and always ready to help. Over all great experience will come back soon

I love this hotel. The architecture and decor are gorgeous, the staff is attentive and friendly, the food is wonderful at breakfast and the restaurants, the gym is nice and the spa is amazing and the rooms are spacious and comfy.
Shoutout to the woman who gave me the best massage of my life, Yuma(?) I forgot her name but she is small and mighty! She got knots and cracks out that no one ever could. I felt I had a massage and chiropractor session in one. She was the best part of my stay.
My room was quite cold but when I made the staff aware maintenance was sent to my room almost immediately and rectified the issue and even brought me a heater just incase which was perfect.
The chef was also very kind and came around during breakfast to ensure everything was satisfactory, which it was.
I loved my stay here, thank you all 🙏🏾

This property is one of the most well kept reimagined heritage villas you will ever visit. The team is polite and generous and the rooms are impeccable. I will keep coming back to this one. The only feedback is if they can start an airport shuttle given their proximity. As for the rest, zero complaints.

The ITC brand of hotels are usually opulent and pay attention to every little detail during your stay. The reception area to the building is grand and the restaurant and public areas are excellent. The bedrooms are located in an annexe at the rear of the property so more modern. The staff here are courteous, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We dined here in the evening and for breakfast and the food was excellent!
The property seems to be a franchise as the level of furnishings in your room could be better, the maintenance should be so much better and even the bathroom toiletries are not as good as you would expect at an ITC. They also need to improve the signage from the main road as it's hard to find and the hot water could be better.
So it's a real tale of two contrasts really ... having said all that I would stay here again.

The personnel is Kind Professional and Helpful. Amazing food at a correct price in two different restaurants and a wide colonial style Bar with a terrace at the upper level above the Reception. Snooker, ping pong, and soccer table avbl for the guests just besides the bar. Room service always ready to serve. Gentle, elegant, soft, relaxing and keen. Harmony is always transferred to you by each member of the staff. Of course there's always something to do to improve, never settle! But I extremely recommend this nice Hotel and it's staff.
