Nice place nice hotel all staff is good Mr Shishir sahoo good parson very helpful guys.front office staff good.food good. Place nice hotel 🏨 good service.amzing area location Thanks you visit again..
Pros: The lake-facing rooms have a great view and one can literally spend the entire day on the balcony. There is a decent-sized pool and an activity area with a pool table and TT table. You can also rent a cycle and take a ride across the property. Staff is super courteous. Cons: The cleanliness of the rooms is substandard. The toilet has a sliding door that requires decent force to open (not advisable for age-old parents, and pregnant women). Food prices are super expensive but the taste is decent. This is what it is not a wine village resort: We visited the winery post check out to buy specialties like "Anarkali" and were told that we need to pay Rs.100 for tasting. Now, I understand there is a charge for walking guests but someone that's paid a premium amount at the property over the weekend deserves waive of Rs.100. Also, like most guests we didnt take the wine tour but we were told that if we book online from MMT our package does not contain wine tour and tasting, if we book direct it does. 2 nights at Regenta with food is upwards of 20,000, I fail to understand the logic behind this bias. If MMT guests don't matter then the property should just start to take bookings directly. Anyhow, we bought what we had tried the night earlier at the resort and the winery missed an opportunity to sell. Overall, I would say the last bit was an experience dampener - Hence I call it s resort and not a wine village. You should not be charged for wine tasting in a wine village, seems ironic…
Hey people I would love to share some awesome and beautiful reviews about my recent stay in this amazingly romantic property so I came here and I got my room ufffff it was beautiful like heaven the staff and services is up to the mark and yeah a big thanks to the EHK Mr Sandeep he is just woww the way he handle all my demands and requests really appreciated
Good place, staff, ambience and very peaceful. Service of the staff is wonderful and provide delicious food and specially wine. Value for money stay and leaving with great memories. Will recommend and family and friends.
Very nice resort, excellent and caring staff. Nice facilities. Food and breakfast is very good. Nice room and service. Planning to visit again soon. Breakfast and stay is very nice. All over pleasant stay.
The location and infrastructure are good. But the restaurant was a big let down, in terms of food and service. The breakfast was below average. I think the staff needs adequate training. Being a vineyard resort, the restaurant staff should be aware of the different varieties of wines and their characteristics.
Visited couple of months back. Lovely place to stay if you are willing to spend few days with friends. Great service by the housekeeping team. Excellent F&B. Oved this place a lot. It was a nice experience. Would recommend this to everyone.
I had stayed at the Regenta resort Soma Vine village during my business trip last week, must say the executive room which I had stayed in had a spectacular view. The rooms were spacious enough. The staff was polite and quick enough to respond to my requests especially the housekeeping staff. I really appreciate the whole team and keep up the good work.
Ordered for dinner at 8:30 pm to be delivered to the room, where I was promised food within 45 mins. Didn’t get the food till 10:30 pm. When I called them they said they had misplaced the order. You can come and stay here but when it comes to food, think of another place.
