This hotel is located at city which is just 5 mins walk from CBS bus stop. Very clean rooms, supportive staff and quick service even in the night. Did not have to chase staff or call multiple times for help. Bathrooms were big and clean. Safe and excellent for families.

I had stayed with my family 3 days ago. I was on the way back from my trip to Shirdi. The stay was very comfortable.
The rooms are good (above expectation) but yes not similar to the pictures on website.
Food is very tasty.
I would like to stay back again in future. Reservations was handled very smoothly.

A dharamshala Would be better than this rotten damp place. Everything is broken - fans, AC, bathroom fittings - you name it. Rooms are damp, linen is dirty. Staff is rude and incompetent. Don't believe any rating above one star.

Pros: 1. Ms. Putul, the manager of the reception was very supportive and proactive. 2. Well connected by Ola /Uber 3. Ample parking space 4. Cost effective 5. Can book through MakeMyTrip
Cons. 1. Poor service 2. Discrepancies in billing. Paid Rs 1500 plus for AC Deluxe in MakeMyTrip. Manager provided Rs 743 invoice during check out. 3. Carry your own luggage to and fro from your room 4. Washroom had small cockroaches 5. Geyser was dysfunctional so hot water 6. Only Veg at restaurant
However, for a few a hours or overnight trip certain rooms were manageable.

Loved at the hotel for 3 days in January 2020, Had to deal with the rudest and the most arrogant staff. Especially the female manager. If you’re going on a trip to Nasik even if it’s for a little while please choose a better hotel.

If you ever want to visit Nasik please avoid staying in this hotel. Reasons: 1) It is located near one of the biggest slums therefore you do not get a sound sleep due to the Noise. 2) The service is very poor. you will have to wait for hours to get the breakfast, the hotel managers are also adamant and do not pay heed to your requests. eg. I had asked for plain water, they took around 3 hrs to get me some water. finally i had to buy my own water. 3) The food quality is also very bad, half of the things on the menu card are not available.

Very cheap hotel, the quality of room is very very cheap like cheap lodge where only male go for unwanted things. I booked 4 bedded family room but he have double bed and one small bedded room where bedsheets and blankets are of very poor quality. Smoking smell in room. I asked him to upgrade room and take whatever money but the old man at reception is of no use, he said he can't upgrade as room is booked by goibibo. Literally felt like omitting in room, somehow we adjusted and left at 5 am in morning as it was untolerable experience. No sleep whole night. Bathroom very bad and old, mosquitos, no hot water facility, no place to move in room. Old man is unable to manage reception, we waited for 1 hour to check in at 8 pm. He gave keys of various rooms to check and found already someone is using room and then gave another key, so horrible experience. We went to Saputara and while returning we booked room for just halt but we were unexpected this much bad quality room. My whole family was so depressed and whole fun of Saputara gone in vain and we returned with bad memory of hotel. VERY CHEAP ROOM, I checked 317, 318, 319 and he has not given even 4 bedded room although I paid for 4 bedded room. In front me, senior citizen couple was crying at reception as their son booked room online and at time of check out that old receptionist man asked him more money and they were not having money, felt very bad by behaviour of staff.

Hotel Royale Heritage is not quality hotel. Its Lodge. Bad Service. Arrogant Staff. So if you want to book this hotel Think Twice before That. Horrible experience started once he checked in the room. No towels or toiletries were provided. When he called for room service, one appeared good 30 mins after the call. The food wasn't great either. There were bed bugs in the room and one couldn't sleep the whole night. The room smelled of pungent pest control.
