The hotel is nice. However, the welcome drink won't be available almost everytime. The check in and check out processes are not that fast. The reception person will always say that there is no corporate discount. Other services are good

It was a great experience at the hotel. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom is also good and maintained. View from room was good too. Definately a good place to stay with family and friends. I would surely recommend this hotel. Food was also nice and tasty.

The location of the hotel is good, next to highway. We took a suite room which was decent in size. There is some system problem when you book this hotel through MMT which can cause inconvenience. The service is very average. They do not have proper parking and you have to keep the car on road. Food is OK but breakfast is horrible. Overall poor experience and cannot be recommended.

I stayed here because it was a part of my Corporate tie up however it was not up to the mark. Firstly its quite dull. Secondly the breakfast menu is very sad. There is hardly anything to eat. Room is ok however there is no hot water. Towels not clean. AC does not function well. I would like to appreciate Prashant Mogal at reception who is good at his work and very courteous. Dinner was good.

Had a comfortable stay with family. Rooms are decent. Not too good and not too bad. A bit small but manageable for 2 people in a room. They do not have valet parking. You are expected to park the vehicle yourself. This could be worked on though it's not a major issue. The best part about this hotel is the food. They have a Moti Mahal Restaurant in the property which serves some great Indian Food.. Definitely worth a visit.

There is nothing good about this hotel. WiFi promised not given. Ac was not working properly.. In the evening there is no hot water in the shower. Inspite of requesting they didn't on the hot water. Staff is more intrested in their personal gadgets than anything else. Restaurant is also not that great. In morning breakfast they gave us stale breads and fruits there was no breakfast spread since only two guests were there at the hotel.. There is big list of negative points.. Dont waste your money here as they are never going to improve.

Must say this hotel has lot of potential to improve but it doesn't seem to be the case. Have been a regular at this hotel for quite few years but no signs of improving. Firstly the air conditioners in mostly all the rooms need to be changed. Cooling is just average and the condition of the equipment itself is bad. AC Remote too was not working occasionally. Otherwise rooms are ok nothing great. Bed sheets and towels could've been better. There were stains on it actually, which was an unpleasant sight. Had a la carte dinner at their Moti Mahal restaurant which was truly exceptional. High on taste and quality. But shockingly the morning breakfast service was complete opposite. Stale idlis that too pale yellow in color and hard on the edges clearly indicative that it was steamed from the previous day. And being a South indian I could smell it from far. Most of the breakfast items served in the chaffing dish were cold and a big turn off and nobody seemed to give a damn inspite of giving feedback to the waiters. Must say Housekeeping n maintenance staff very hardworking n sincere. So overall very average stay with an average experience. Left with mixed feelings. Management team needs to wake up and smell the coffee.…

I've rated few things in this hotel : Food ✅✅ Average Room Size ❌❌❌❌❌ Very small Room Service ✅✅ Average ( They don't have serving etiquettes ) Entertainment ✅✅✅ almost every channel but No HD Cleanliness ❌ Room Cleaning is fine but washrooms aren't cleaned properly Staff Behaviour ❌❌❌❌❌ Not helpful at all. Laundry ❌❌❌❌❌ Takes 2 Days to deliver ( Really Slow) No Curtains in the room ❌❌❌ I've attached few pictures . So choose wisely !

The food at their restaurant Motimahal was excellent!The breakfast buffet to their a la Carte multi Cuisine menu,All was really good.The staff was very friendly and the service was superb.Our 4 day stay was extremely comfortable n will definitely visit n stay at hifi hotel again.
