Amazing property. By far the best ambience I have felt across all radisson properties I have been to. Very spacious, good decor and very comfortable rooms. It is situated 5 kms from saputara in hatgud, maharashtra. The view from the rooms are amazingly scenic. There are times when you are amidst the clouds even when in hotel. The restaurant staff is also very cordial and very helpful. We were travelling with a toddler but they made us very comfortable and handled my toddler really well. Bivek and Joydip were really thoughtful and helped my really picky eater toddler eat well. They listened to her every demand patiently and got her the things she needed. On the day of checkin she was welcomed with a very sweet gesture from Shomitji with her favorite sweet treat and we were made feel welcome with another sweet goodies in our room. The staff was very helpful amd always eager to help us. Property is relatively new but well maintained and the staff is always careful to keep things clean even in monsoon

Amazing ambience , excellent food and service . Cordial & helpful staff . Had a pleasant stay . We were welcomed by Mr Parth at the reception and had a good experience .
Entire resort is very well designed for all age groups with amenities like swimming pool , gym , restaurant and personal sit out area with huge garden space for privacy.
Resort is located at a very peaceful location before Saputara @ Hatgad with infinite view of mountains and especially good place to visit during rainy season .
We even met Mr Rohit from marketing division and Resort Manager as well as some of their team members who made us feel at home during our stay with them .
Our trip was unplanned as we were passing by and had to check in for one night due to Bharat Bandh on 21st Aug 2024 .
We thank all the staff members who made our stay safe & comfortable . We will visit soon again and recommend all our friends & relatives to visit Radisson resort @ Hatgad .

1. The hotel staff is very good 2. Room service and dine in service is fast 3. Breakfast is very good with wide varieties of foods, they provide hygenic food and the staff service is very good 4. The architecture, interior and amenities are very nice.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel had a good ambiance, which added to the overall comfort.
However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Ukshil Gandhi. He was incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond to assist me. His dedication and helpfulness deserve special recognition.

Cheese cake and food in general was good! A bath tub in the room would have been a better option. The ambience and greenery on the property is amazing! We loved the concept of water and fountains around the dining area. The soothing sound of water felt very comforting. Overall the experience was good but a little expensive considering the services provided.

I will never stay here again this property and service is very bad.
Only the name Radisson Hotel has been used. But there is nothing like Radisson hotel service here.
Here there is no electricity during the night time and the voltage of electricity fluctuates. In the morning, the flush water in the toilet stops.
If you call housekeeping or reception for some service, even for an hour or two, these people can't provide you any service. Here in the hotel, there is not enough staff and the service is very bad. My worst experience in Radisson
Now 24th August and 25th August there is some movement going on here due to which it is very difficult to come here and the roads here are very bad. If you have a sedan car, it is very difficult for you to reach here now. Even after you cross Saputara it takes at least one to one and a half hours to reach here .
If you complain about this, the hotel staff is talking to you with a very bad attitude. As these people are charging the hotel vary high price , there is zero in the name of service. There are many other better options available in Saputara .

Staff Very Helpful But you can not spand a meny days because amanatize is zero. Or you can come with mind set that is only room use or hi tea also not available Food Good. Staff nature also good they are very helpful. Swiming pool water temperature not set with season.

Good clean hotel. Joydeeps service was amazing! Food is really good. Spa is fantastic. The place is nestled in the lovely hills of Hatgad covered in greenery. Rainy season is truly worth experiencing here. Property is calm and serene and exudes an oriental charm.
