If there were minus points, I'd give the least of all.. The place was a Nightmare. Pathetic ambience... Stagnant pool.. adventure park with broken ropes and ladders for zip lining... Rusted and tainted.. safety personnel in slippers... Rude and arrogant staff.. stinky kitchen with cockroaches and insects... Don't go with the online pictures..... Horrible Pathetic and total let down...

Poor facilities, they were reluctant to serve bottled water. Pathetic food.Bedsheets were sticking. Unclean Bathroom. Pool was dirty.they talk about watersports it includes dirty water ..No waves.. no music.. and floating ballooned toys.

After a tiresome Industrial Visit, we went to this marvelous Watermelon themed resort, It as a garden with all such watermelon themed mini slides for kids, they offer Great quality Of food & I just Loved The poolside lunch Concept That They Offered.

It is a nice location ,big property nicely developed for "day picknick "with adventure airo and water games Good food. BUT NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY OVER NIGHT Lots of things are missing to be a goodnight stay place 1- water supply erratic , uyou have to run every few hours particularly morning 6-7 am power fialure due to electiric line fault- internal not due to mseb supply ,and diesel not in stock to run DG SERVING PEOPLE ARE COOPRATIVE AND HARD WORKING BUT NEED TRAINING One must carry own toilet tissue paper,paper napkin to clean hands aaaaaaatfter food, own tea bags m coffee, milk powder, sugar as they provided only kettle to boil water You have to purchase water for ur room No sitting arrangement in the room,as the rooms are small.

Negative points: - Very poor management having no clue about hospitality industry. - Rooms are very very small for the price they are charging - 4000/-. Not worth more than 1800/-. - Washroom have leaking taps. You need to complaint and get it repaired. - Doors panel is cut to fit the lock and knob in the most shoddy way that you can imagine. Will hurt your hand, be careful. - Water supply is interrupted anytime and you have to complaint repeatedly to get it restored. - Staff is sincere and friendly but Raw and Untrained for their work. - No dedicated staff for room & cottage area. - Security person at gate is not even informed about guest to be expected for night stay. He will argue and not let you take your vehicle inside for unloading of bags at the rooms, which is more than 500 meter from the gate. You have to go in, find the manager, who will then inform the gate. Not a welcoming experience. - Breakfast spread is only 3 items.. in comparison with 15+ at least, at any similar priced property. Positive points: - Large lawn - Good Adventure activities with good coordinators. - Large pool with water games - Large number of diverse plantation. Makes you feel close to nature. - Restaurant serves delicious food. - Very hardworking and courteous employees, who try their best to serve you despite lack of formal training and lots of limitations from management's side.…

Very good facility @ watermelon resort. My kid enjoyed stay here. The food quality is excellent. Staff is well mannered. Well designed and planned facility with lots of watersports and outdoor activities. Planning to visit again soon...

Super resprts with so many games nd food also nice.also owner tushar also cooperative.we sure visit again nd will recommend to my friends.dormatory rooms also nice.near from nashik railway station just 17 km.

i visited last Saturday with my 6 years old son, we paid for water games..but very less activity for my son. Also they asked deposit for life jacket, which is not in good condition & not fit to my son properly. its 600 Rs for 3 hrs but we get boarded in 1 hr. so I can say not worthy for your money. Management has to think on charges

Visited with my family and this place it great and relaxing. The staff is amazing and so is the service. This place has many activities where in you could spend a full day for activities and enjoy meals during the eve. The stay is also great with affordable rooms and its a must visit during the weekends.
