It is the best in every aspect, easy check in , rooms are very clean , very cosy for the price we paid it was more luxurious than we expected. There is valet for car parking , inhouse restaurant serves ala carte in room dining as well we can go to restaurant. The food quality is very good . Overall very pleasant stay .

Good hotel near to Mumbai Agra highway . Very clean and well mannered team . From starting like car parking person , reception ,Restaurant and room Service all are excellent . I visited this hotel with my family everyone was very happy with hotel service.
At night for dinner we visited their Ambrosia restaurant … wants to say … food was so good with prompt service … really our family liked the food very much . Here I want to mention the name “Arpita” she has given us very well service and proper table attendance .

I had stayed for one night, Stay was very good. Staff are cooperative, rooms are well maintained. Parking is available with valet parking. Food quantity and quality is very good, breakfast and dinner have more option you can choose by your choice.

We booked this hotel for a 2 day stay between 25th and 27th of December 2020.
Pros
Location is great
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Bed and linen were all clean and tidy.
Food is good.
Now the cons
No thermal checking during this time.
Staffs were not bothering to tell guests to wear masks.
Breakfast spread could have been much better at this price.
Housekeeping did not even clean the room till 4 pm even after we told them to clean it in the morning while we were out....once we came back from outside the reception had to be sensitised to get the job done . ..found it rather unprofessional.

Stayed there for a day June. The front desk (Mr. Vishal) was rude and changed their word multiple times. They have money scavenging attitude. They took hefty amount for another 2 persons as our MakeMyTrip mentioned 2 rooms, 2 persons although they didn't have to add anything extra. After that they said they adjust few amount and will include breakfast. Again they changed the word and adjustable amount multiple times. Stayed different hotels before, never had experience with such a rude, incompetent and money scavamching front desk. Stayed in the hotel before but didn't have such experience. We will never come again in the hotel. 4 star hotel with 1 star service.

Poorest service. Even after requesting basic toiletries and towels before booking , we didn’t receive. When phoned the receptionist in the morning, no one was answering. When gone down to reception, the staff was sleeping and had his music playing on his phone. When we complained to him, started shouting and kept saying the items has to be requested.
Breakfast wasn’t ready for 7.30am.
I found most staff very rude and unresponsive.
I would never stay at this hotel again

A beautiful property but needs to improve on their services and hospitality.
The property is good. Rooms are well spacious with almost all modern amenities you can ask for however it's not well taken care of. Staff seems lost causing difficulty to guests. No exhaust in washroom makes it difficult for anyone sharing room. Had to call staff multiple times even for smallest thing. Wifi wasn't working. The whole room has pretty good lighting except washrooms.

I travelled to Grand Rio with a group of 50 people and had booked 21 rooms with them. Entire experience right from the first call to them till check out was just awesome. Group Booking with them was seamless, Check-in was smooth. All rooms were neat and clean. Food was delicious. I had buffet Dinner and Break-fast at the hotel. Every small request was accepted by them with a smile. Would definitely recommend all to consider this place to stay on their trip to Nashik. Mr.Nene the Senior Manager was instrumental in making all the arrangements for us. I would take a pride in saying all the staff and management served us with a smile and made our stay and the entire experience a memorable one.

It is the Best Hotel with 5 Star service. The Buffet Breakfast is like Brunch. The service was excellent. The in house restaurant food was the Best. Not only me ,my family also enjoyed it & our Guest also loved it. I can give 👍👍👍👍👍 to this Hotel. From Chk in to Chk out was smooth & flaw less. Me & my family will definitely stay there in our future trips.

Hello!
Nashik is very well connected to Mumbai by road and it's just a 3 hour drive away. You can book a cab to Nashik from Mumbai Airport. Both pre-paid and post-paid options are available. Please enquire at arrivals, you will surely get many options!
Its a good, no frills, hotel and value for the price. Rightdown the fly over. Not a five star; but a.nice bar and a poolside restaurant. Rooms are also good. Moreover, there are plenty of veg and non veg restaurants in the vicinity. Having said that, Nashik has a lot of hotels. If you are travelling alone, Ginger in the city centre and if you can pay a little more, Express Inn are reasonable options.
You can specify about food so they will serve accordingly but WiFi net provided is not good
