Nice building. Set back from a main road. Good location near the center, the old town and other interesting places in the city. All of this is within easy walking distance. At reception there were problems when checking in due to the lack of foreign language skills of the (female) employees. After a while we came into contact with a single, very friendly and particularly helpful gentleman. Our room was a decent size, well equipped. Good beds. Breakfast is - very pleasant - served in a hall open to the garden area. The selection of food, drinks ... was not very large; help from staff was rare. Good value for money

Dear Hotel Management, I'm writing to report an unpleasant experience with Security Personnel, Chakraj Bhat.
Upon entering the hotel, I politely asked Chakraj for directions to the washroom. However, he rudely informed me that the washroom was not available for walking guests, contradicting the standard hospitality practice.
His behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I request you to address this issue and ensure that your staff provides basic amenities and courteous service to all visitors.

One of the worst and horrible service provided by Hotel Rama Heritage. Switching off cable connection after certain time at night and intentionally not resolving it despite several complaints nor providing any proofs for their claims. Ordered Veg cheese sandwich at 2215hrs which after 8 reminders got delivered at 0015hrs ie after 2hrs.
Taking consumer for ransom after collecting money in advance.

Room was ok. Balcony door could not be locked. Nice big sit-out. Bathroom was big, airy and clean and good quality toiletries were provided. Just before checkout was looking for my own slippers and happened to look under the bed and noticed so much dirt and dust there! I'm sure that area had not been cleaned since a very long time.I think housekeeping needs to be pulled up. I pointed this out to manager on check-out.

It's a good hotel to stay with basic amenities, rooms are good and spacious. Location of this hotel is great. But i would recommend this hotel specially for its restaurant the food is very delicious, service is also good. Ambience is nice. I had malai kofta and butter roti it was superb, kulfi falooda with ice cream was cherry on the cake.

We’ve visited many times before, but this time was disappointing— bland food and poor service. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly arrogant and dismissive when we brought up our concerns. Definitely not worth the visit. Truly unexpected!
