It's a beautiful property with huge lawns and next to the gangapur dam backwaters( which looks like a lake). Very relaxing stay with clean rooms.. very clean pool. Food was good and service was exceptional in the restaurant despite the Diwali weekend rush. Special mention for Mr Mayur in the restaurant who took good care of all guests. Highly recommend to go there for a great experience.. serene place.. and with a great collection of wines.. obviously.

Beyond by Sula is by far the best resort in Nashik. It’s extremely exclusive and you’d be lucky to get a room here, because it’s sold out most of the time. The property consists of 7 rooms and boasts of the most authentic nature experience. With a beautiful lake view, and panoramic windowed rooms, it’s the perfect combination of luxury and nature, with a huge garden, pool, tomato plantation and lake, near by. Even the bathrooms have a small nature like feel with a small garden merged with inside it.
The best part of the trip was the impeccable service by every single person that works at this hotel. From the reservation by Ashish and all the questions he answered, to Yogesh the exceptional and helpful front desk manager. Swapnil the resort manager ensured our stay was perfect. Special thanks to the fnb and housekeeping staff that literally helped with everything we needed within just a few minutes of placing the request.
The in room breakfast that they provide due to Covid is another pleasant touch and they served a complete breakfast spread to us in the room.
The reservation also includes a wine tour and tasting at the huge Sula vineyard and is a great addition to the trip.
It was absolutely perfect! 10/10!

I was searching for a few luxury villa's around Mumbai to celebrate my 26th Birthday. This is when i came across the Sky Villa at Beyond by Sula. Although it was slightly more expensive than most other places that i looked at, I had the sky villa set in my Mind and hence decided to go overboard with my budget and book it.. I was lucky to get the availability for the villa 20 days prior to the birthday.
Beyond is located around 20mins away from the Main Sula Vineyard. The approach road is plain bad. It did spoilt the ABS Sensors of my car (Avoid driving a luxury sedan on the road) but once you reach the main property you totally forget about the approach road.
The Sky Villa is a private luxury villa with its own separate entrance. Upon arrival our bags were sanitized. Once you enter the villa the vibe is just peaceful and the view is serene. The villa has been maintained well and has been kept clean. There are 2 levels. The ground Floor has the Master Bedroom and a small living room along with the pool and the kitchen, while the first floor has 2 rooms and the massive living room which contains the Pool Table, the carrom Board and the Dining Table. All the Rooms are spacious.
We had reservations about using the swimming pool in times of COVID, but once we saw the precautions taken, how well the pool was maintained and just the cleanliness around it, we got the confidence to use it. I must say, we all did have a chill time at the pool along with the sunset as a backdrop.
For lunch and Dinner you could order in from their Kitchen. We ordered the Pizza, Green Thai Curry Rice, Nachos, Fries, Biryani, etc. The Food is good.
Due to the greenery around the villa, at night you can expect loads of mosquitos, however the caretakers did spray the place and managed the lights to get rid of the mosquitos.
Would highly recommend beyond to anyway looking at a luxurious getaway or a nice place to chill with your family and friends. 1 day is not enough for this property, to truly enjoy it make sure to book it for 2 nights.

I have rated a 4 star for “Sky Villa by Beyond at Sula” solely for the serenity, climate & resort management. Resort needs the following improvements in case a family is travelling with kids as well as senior citizens. 1. Provision for senior citizen movement or activity is absent, up hill and no slope structure for wheel chair movement makes a very limited access for a senior citizen to move around & enjoy the property. Their bathroom door had uneven area which was very uncomfortable for senior citizens to use bathroom with an ease & a fear of fall was always in mind while their bathroom access. The entire resort structure is “zero friendly” for a senior citizen.
2. Very less swimming pool floats beds were available, just one was given to us, for a family of 9 people.
3. Tarrif was at its peak with Rs.70,000 per night and yet the resort charged us for extra bedding which was disappointing because the resort management knew number of people visiting v/s the bedding capacity. The resort has a provision of 3 rooms only and more than 9 people can accommodate with extra bedding but with such high tariff they should not charge for extra bedding since whole resort was booked exclusively.
4. Very strong disappointment was variety in food. Resort should introduce “multi-cuisine” menu as well as “more cuisines in Indian food”. Vegetables or snacks for any meal, we had simply 3-4 options which is very very poor considering Indians to be foodie & holidays are for having best of meals with family! It was very stressful to request for simple cuisines like “peas fry” or ask for optional vegetables & getting an answer every time that “your food is out of menu”. Menu was never shared during booking nor the management made it clear that such less options would be available for meals or breakfast!
5. Whoever is a foodie or stays over beyond 1 night please never choose this resort because it will cause a huge disappointment to adjust with limited food option served repeatedly & management will repeat one single statement of having limited options available.
6. Our stay was for 2 nights and 3 days and everything was good in context with main area of living room was structured so spacious, internal music system, swimming pool at lower section, room spacing and bedding.
7. Resort should have netted windows to avoid all types of flies & mosquitoes. Early morning hours have tendency to invite huge number of ravens “full black crows” which was very dangerous because all of them were hungry & in search for food. Resort management should think harder about short comings mentioned above so that I can choose your resort in future.

We were a group of 6 family members We stayed in the Lake view rooms from 14 to 16 Sept 21. Rooms 101 & 102 are located separately, so give you more privacy if you are booking 2 rooms. There are tables with chairs between these two rooms where you can sit as a group & enjoy your drink !!. The place has just 7 rooms & a Skyvilla which is some distance away & secluded . . The whole place hence does not give a feeling of being crowded even when fully occupied. The edge of the backwaters of the dam are just a 3 mins walk. The room is large & well appointed. The bathroom is also quite big with indoor plants, skylight etc & very clean. The grounds are well kept, the staff both kitchen & room maintenance are very good & courteous. The food although has a limited menu for lunch /dinner is very delicious. Breakfast is a full one & very good too. Cheff Laxman dishes out excellent flavorful food & caters to any food restrictions. Ashish & Aniket who are servers are very courteous & prompt. Particular mention needs to be made about Ashish. His knowledge abut wines is Excellent. & will make a good Sommelier !! He is also very caring. The room maintenance guys Madhav & Ramesh kept the rooms spotlessly clean. The only drawback is that the road to this place is very narrow & quite bad. A good sturdy car/ SUV is recommended to reach this place, Once you reach the place however you will forget about the bad road !! A wine tasting tour at their main location the 'Source' is included in the room tariff. At the 'Source' they have a choice of restaurants & a wine store where you can get their wines at a discounted rate On the whole we had a very pleasant & relaxing stay. We will definitely plan to come again. If you are looking for a peaceful ,tranquil & scenic place, this is the place!!

We visited this property for our anniversary. To start with, the property is really beautiful and well maintained. Lots of greenery and a lake nearby. The staff is very co-operative and well behaved. They ensured and followed covid protocols like temperature check of clients at the time of check in, sanitization of the luggage and their staff not entering the room for room service (food ). Special mention for Kapil from the dining area who helped us a lot with food requirements of our toddler. Sumedh and Yogesh were also very helpful and co-operative. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Visited Beyond by sula with family.we stayed at the lake facing rooms. The view and the ambiance is just breathtaking.Rooms with large glass wall like windows just make you feel surrounded by nature and not to miss on the bathrooms one of the best things of the property. The property being fairly new was in a great condition. Specially loved the bathrooms. Went in a group of 6 people, because of Covid they didn’t have any other guests which was great for us. The property is close to the lake and you can walk up to the lake and chill there. The view is also really pretty, lots of photo opportunities for people who are interested. Service was excellent, all hotel staff had masks on at all times. Chairs, tables etc were also sanitised before we sat to eat. Will definitely visit again. Sula Wine was sold at MRP though (unless bought in bulk from the main Sula) which was a little surprising, would have expected some discount but nothing major as otherwise food and drinks were very reasonable. Would definitely visit again.

While most weekend getaways are more like having half the city “getaway” to the very same spot you’re at, Beyond by Sula hits the sweet spot of seclusion and relaxation with a dash of fun. Nestled amidst farms and rolling hills on the shore of Gangapur lake, Beyond let’s you laze out the weekend at your own pace while their pampering service fuels your laziness further. We do have an inclination towards boutique stays as it offers limited exposure during these pandemic times and Beyond fits the bill very well with only 7 rooms. The staff is well trained, courteous and very helpful for every request. While all rooms were occupied over the weekend we never felt that the service was scurried at any point. Of course, visiting Sula one is sure to try their wines. Move-over the wine tour, the staff here are conversant in wine language in every last detail. Our gratitude to Mr Ashish Devkar for easing us into our first ever bottle of sparkling rosé while acquainting us with the intricate science of wines. Mr Devkar was with us for most of the weekend and left no stone unturned in offering us pampering and personalised service. Indeed, the staff here made our stay worthwhile catering to our whims and fancies with a smile. The quaint little restaurant is well maintained, clean and hygienic. What’s special though is that the food is extremely well prepared and fresh off the farm. Our compliments to the chef and kitchen for acing Indian, Continental, Italian and Asian cuisines at par with top restaurants. Clean, spacious rooms, an almost personal swimming pool, service that makes one feel special, an idyllic view round the clock and the Mediterranean weather of Nashik - Beyond takes one ‘beyond’ for the well deserved weekend break.

The entire trip was filled with complete joy and satisfaction, starting from the planning stage wherein the Asst.Mgr gave us absolutely clear picture and recommendations during COVID 19 stay, the Welcome by thier Sr. Manager Swapnil and his team was excellent, we requested for a room change as we wanted a front view, based on the availability it was promptly done, food quality was really nice, all the staffs Esmail, Ganesh and others were polite and professional, the entire property is COVID 19 compliant and the housekeeping and room service staffs were all very courteous, we had made it a point to zero down on a property which was Covid 19 compliant as we had very small children and old aged members in our family and i can say this was up to the mark.
A special visit for my kids in Sula Source was organized on request.
Most importantly the property has a quite and calm surrounding and a beautiful scenic view of the lake with the mountains in the backdrop.
