Spot on location in Munnar. We can easily access all the places needed to visit from this hotel. Nice ambience and staff were excellent. The location was scenic as in the morning there is huge chance of getting mist.

Stopped here for a light lunch, the restaurant is at the back of the building so no views. Staff were friendly enough. Sadly, kitchen staff don't really understand the concept of sandwiches. We ordered 2 soups, 4 different sandwiches and 2 portions of fries.
The soup and fries arrived first. Then a cheese and tomato sandwich arrived, on burned toast, topped with cucumber and cherries! An egg sandwich arrived a few minutes later, fried egg on burned toast with the same toppings. A chicken sandwich arrived 5 minutes later, shredded chicken, loads of onion and mayo on toast. And finally the club sandwich arrived...6 slices of toast, 2 with chicken and onion, 2 with cheese and mushrooms and 2 with cucumber and tomato!! And all plates came with additional fries, the waiter should have said!
The menu doesn't make it clear that the sandwiches are toasted and chef should ensure they are not all burned. Service was slow and staggered.
Not somewhere that I could recommend for a light lunch.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really appreciate Elysium Garden staff & management for their very kind and courteous assistance in making our stay awesome. The service was awesome, whatever we needed was brought to us right away. Spacious, neat and clean room with balcony. Also an excellent breakfast buffet and the quality of food was good. We will definitely come back with family.

My family and I had booked a cottage room at this hotel. Bookings were from 24.10.20 to 26.10.20. The room was booked two days ago but was received on 24.10.20 at 3:30 p.m. The cottage was in a very bad condition, though. As bad as the bathroom. Normal bathroom with no features. The food in the restaurant is too expensive. I had a very bad experience. No value was returned for the money given. I was staying at C2 Cottage. Much worse than expected. Never go to this hotel again

Very spacious and clean rooms. The staff is very attentive and the food is exceptional. We requested a guide for the day and explored many of the attractions that Munnar has to offer. The price and location make this a great deal. The hotel is in need of some updates, couldn’t change my phone and hot water only tepid, but all in all fabulous. I loved how open the rooms are. The bed is very comfortable with exquisite sheets. Above all, the staff is extremely efficient and accommodating.

This is a must visit hotel in Munnar.The atmosphere is pleasant and wonderful. It's very hygienic and it was a excellent service from all staff.We visted the hotel during the time of covid19...and they have taken all the percautions. The food is delicious and homely.The view is also amazing. We feels likes to visit more times😊😊

We rented out the cottage, It was very nice and cozy with beautiful views.
Cottage had a sit out with private garden, Living/ Dining & spacious attatched bedroom with nice view.
Staff's were very friendly to us & Complimentary breakfast was totally good!
All Covid 19 regulations seems to have in place

This hotel has good location and prompt and helpful staff. Food arrangements (breakfast & Dinner) were tasty.
But it is infested with cockroaches. Paper thin walls bring noises from adjacent rooms, corridor as well as roof. Smell in bathrooms.

We had an extremely delightful, Happy and comfortable stay at Elysium Garden Resorts. It was an excellent experience all together. Ambience and Amenities are awesome. All the staff are cordial and welcoming. Hospitality is incomparable. Special mention for Candle light dinner.

If your budget is not an issue with you then you can select cottage as they are far more specious compare to executive rooms. But if your budget is constrain then go for executive rooms with balcony for better views of hill and the valleys 👍🏻
