The hotel is located in the hills and near a forest. Near to the hotel is a big turtle statue which looks awesome and also improves the look of hotel. There is also a waterfall near the hotel which is a prime tourist spot. The look from the banquet hall is amazing. The food was also amazing and great in taste. The staff was also very supportive and cooperative. Do not ever go out at night as there can be elephants out there as there is a forest nearby. The hotel also has facilities like wi-fi, pick and drop, tv, free breakfast and restaurant. It was a very good stay.
This property is bit far from munnar town but rooms are clean and we'll maintained. The room service is good. Morning breakfast is complementary. The view from the room is not good but it was good from terrace/restaurant.
Stayed for 2 nights with family check-in 7th Aug check-out 9th Aug.This was my 3rd visit in 2 years at this resort. Had a fantastic time. Rooms, Service, Proximity to Town, and restaurant with a valley view makes it a perfect place to enjoy the aromatic scenic beauty of Munnar. Looking forward to visit again very soon.
Visited as part of a tour stayed 1 nite out of 2 booked had to leave early due to the rains and flooding of the roads. Good rooms but need some refurbishing as paint pealing and one of our rooms was leaking was leaking water from the ceiling this was quickly changed by the friendly staff at the reception. Good average size rooms with clean bedding. This place is situated far from town and has no attraction within walking distance. Has a great view of the forest especially from the terrace. But the next empty plot is an unkept eyesore. Ask for rooms on the top floor. Restaurant is small with great views from the windows good food but limited availability of menu items. Ask them what’s available then order Rain confined us to the hotel but good hiking area and great views all round. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. …
The stay started on a bad note. First with the fact that it's 6 kms away from Mumnnar, Second with the news that the restaurant was closed for some work, third with the team allocating us damp, dark and musty rooms in the 1st level of basement : -( I am usually a happy to go lucky traveler, but this instance I put my foot down and created a fuss to get better rooms. There was so much of hesitancy 1st to show us new rooms but after 45 minutes they gave us some nice rooms, but away from each other. The staff was accommodating however they had their limitations and most of them did not speak proper English. Breakfast or Dinner, has nothing much to offer and also not well prepared. We had to go out for Lunch in spite of it raining there. There was no restaurant around the area. I would recommend the hotel specially to families, in case they have a medical emergency.…
