A relaxing respite after visiting busy Trivandrum and touristy Kochi. Tomy and Rajee offer large, clean rooms with attached bath and wonderful meals. Tomy shares his garden with enthusiasm and even after hosting guests from 68 countries (!) this family treats guests with TLC.

Excellent homestay. Family makes all feel welcome with great food morning & evening cooked by Rajee. Tea plantation trip was superb with great insight from Tomy (owner). 10km from Munnar with frequent bus service / taxis / rickshaws. Great stay - but homestay not a hotel.

The Rose Garden homestay pretty much made our holiday in Kerela. The room we had was clean and cool. Tommy and his family were extremely welcoming: his boys showed us round their garden. Almost all the food comes form the garden - even the coffee - and the freshness of the ingredients really showed. Staying at the Rose Garden is... More

My husband and I spent one night at this B&B. The room was large and the furniture spare, but the beds, and the linens seemed almost new. The room didn't have a TV. The room opened to a long veranda with a wonderful view to a forest and to the house private garden & small green houses. The house is... More

Thank you Raji, Tomy and the whole family, had a magical time staying at your place. I was a bit worried about 'homestay' as I had not stayed in one before but now you have got me addicted to this. We had a lovely time in Rose Gardens- Munnar doesn't seem to have much to it so this was the perfect spot to stay and eat delicious Indian food in. The gardens are wonderful and we did a great tour of them- really a tourist attraction in themselves and no need for us to go to any spice gardens anywhere.... More

The first thing I remember as I recall our experience of coming to Rose Gardens, our homestay in Munnar was the delicious aroma of coconut curry. I don’t know if it was the fact that we were delirously hungry after our long journey from Cochin as it slowly winds its way up through the valleys of Munnar or the warmth... More

Dear Mr.Tomy and Raji, Thank you for the most memorable holidays we ever had. We never thought nature can be so beautiful even at night when so many fireflies come out glowing like twinkling stars and the music created by the insects made us spell bound.
