We booked alpine suite. The suite is perfectly designed with best furniture and interiors. We fell in love with the view from balcony. Mountains covered with clouds just in front of us. The suite is extremely clean, no dirt in any corner. To add to it they have put plants almost in every corner which just makes you feel happy. The staff is very polite, friendly and courteous, also they wear mask when serving us. Coming to the food part, its just excellent in taste, everthing we tried was delicious, from south-indian to north-indian to chinese. There is a small garden which is so well maintained with bright colored flowers. I would rate it 10/10.

We booked Alpine suite room for 3 days and nights after going through pictures of this place online. We find this place amazing in pictures and hence decided to celebrate our anniversary here. When we first visited the place in person reality is far better and beautiful than it is in online pictures. Spellbound view from balcony, spacious room, excellent restroom on top of that they provided 24/7 hot water availability for bath. What more can we expect for great stay!!??

Although it's a small hotel of about 8 rooms in total, it is definitely a very nice hotel in Munnar, Kerala, India with excellent scenic views of the mountain from every room . Very well designed hotel with spacious and big rooms with lovely attached bathrooms. It has also it's own restaurant serving delicious foods with very personal care and quite quick service. Continental (good) Breakfasts were served in rooms with equal care and on time. All staffs and the reception manager were extremely nice, polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to those who will be visiting Munnar.
The only negative point is that this 3-storied nice hotel does not have any lift, but the staffs help to shift your bags whenever required.

We stayed in Swiss County for 4 nights during August last week. And this has been one of our best stay experiences in Munnar. We opted for the Alpine rooms where the balcony opens up to amazing views of the green mountains shrouded by clouds. The room was perfect in terms of furnishing and space. And the wi-fi worked well for our office work during the day. But what own us over was its amazing staff. Binu was a great help from the time of booking to helping us decide the sight seeing route. It was because of him I could see so many gorgeous and lesser known waterfalls in a day. Every single person we met at the hotel were very friendly and super helpful. When I fell sick one night, Binu drove my husband to the hospital in dense fog so that I could get the treatment on time. And the other staff stayed back to help and take care of me if needed. It was beyond their work hours and we will forever be grateful to them for what they did for us that night. Thank you Binu, Shinto and everyone for making us feel at home and taking care of us like family.
Yes I will definitely come back to Swiss County in future and surely recommend this little piece of heaven to everyone.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the hotel, we stayed in the Alpine Suite which was amazing, so clean with balcony you can sit which had beautiful scenic views. Only down side was that the hotel food prices were high and the lunch and dinner food quantities were super small (like child portions!) I recommend driving to town for lunch/dinner. The breakfast was included in our room package and that was amazing! Tasty and large quantities

Clean and spacious rooms, courteous and polite staff and beautiful scenic view from the room. Breakfast was served in rooms. Food quantity was great but we being vegetarians feel that quality can be improvised. Lift should have been there since it could be problematic for the senior citizens to ascend the higher floors in a 3-storied hotel.

Best place to stay in Munnar.Specious room and Nice view from Swiss regalia room with balcony. Staff was very polite and always attentive. We booked this hotel for three days. For last two days we booked room without balcony but it had very specious private outside space. I highly recommend this property . Food is little costlier but had decent taste and quantity. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Nearby restaurants are around 10 mins away from property but your lady partner might feel scary walking at night after 9 o clock though it is safe and we tried it for one day.

Very nice place to stay with family, friends or as couple. We had really good time here along with our family. The best resorts to stay, the rooms were clean and clear with best view in the morning. The ambience of the rooms with garden view and mountains was fabulous. The food was really awesome.
