We booked this place based on the photos and reviews that we saw in many travel websites. When we reached we were given the top most room (no 105), a sunset villa with a jacuzzi. The view from the room was breathtaking. The food was good and so was the service. With the price that you're paying (over Rs 10000 a night) the resort should offer a good breakfast spread - but that was missing. Also the authentic Kerala food that we expected was missing. This was a big let down. There are no king beds as mentioned but 2 single mattresses put together in all the rooms, which looks like 1 big king bed. It was so uncomfortable for my son to sleep in the middle and we had to take an extra bed. I'm sure the resort will look into this and put one king bed so that when families come they wouldn't find the bed uncomfortable. The room that we stayed in needs some repair work as there was rain water seeping through the wall on the extra bed that we took for our son on 2 nights. One side of the wall, the balcony door and the bathroom door needs to be fixed properly. Work is underway for an infinity swimming pool. Hopefully, a spa too will be a good idea. We did enjoy our stay except for the constant rains. Not sure if we will go back but this place is highly recommended for people who would want to just chill out, relax and enjoy nature. Having a cup of coffee overlooking the hills and valleys was just wonderful!!! As of now, I feel this is slightly an overrated place.…
Overall good experience for 3N4D stay at the honeymoon cottage with Jacuzzi. Food is excellent and chef prepares custom food of your choice. Reasonable prices Pleasant weather throughout our stay in May. Staff service excellent
Such a beautiful place with too good staffs. Ambience, scenic view, bonfire and especially the deck was too good. Really loved the place and enjoyed staying with Haze and Kite. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable and leisureful.
Stayed at the place with my parents, sister and wife for 2 days.. things I loved here are: - it’s designed in a luxurious way with two storey cottages.. every set of 2 cottages are separated by landscape - the property is overlooking valley and hills and it gives a breath taking view - on the second day of our stay I witnessed clouds rolling into the property and eventually into my balcony - the construction is very superior - all the staff member We met were super sweet people and they give you a very good vibe - the breakfast is delicious and most of the food we ordered turned out to be good.. biryani was the best.. - main attractions of Munnar are 35mins drive away from here.. we were on a road trip so we loved this part.. All of us loved the place and people here..
I stayed for 1 night with my family. The view was unlike anything I have experienced in any other resort in Munnar. The panoramic view of the entire valley, right from the balcony of my room was truly breathtaking. The room was very well maintained. My son especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room. The staff was very polite and courteous. The campfire arranged almost exclusively for us also deserves mention. A special shoutout and thanks to Manoj who was following up with me right from the day before the reservation and guided me to all the good places in Munnar. We had forgotten some of our stuff when we left the resort. Manoj and the staff were kind enough to arrange for it to be delivered to the nearest town from where I was able to pick it up on my way back home.
