Hotel staff is very courteous and good which is the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are decent as well for this price range. Food is decent not the best I have had but decent enough Location of the hotel is pretty good, 10-15 mins walk and there are lots of shops nearby, just need to walk through the narrow lane

We reached late, as the check in took some time we were offered tea which was refreshing. Our rooms had a great view of the lake and the pleasant view of the distant hills made it enjoyable. Rooms were nice and tidy. Enjoyed the stay. Last rooms in the third floor with a balcony made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The view is too good. We received a corner balcony room which also has a window on other side which gave us a wide view of the hills and tea plantations in Munnar. The breakfast buffet spread is good and tasty.

The experience is satisfactory not good not bad. The food of the hotel is very bad. They don’t know how to make North Indian food. Not so much variety in breakfast buffet. In the rooms they do not provide shower gels like other 3 star hotels provide. The rooms are very stinky. The toilets are not clean and hygienic. They do not provide a good cleaning service to rooms. I do not think this is a 3 - star property as facilities are not up to the mark. Instead try any other hotel. If this hotel cost you more than ₹4000 for 2 persons then please donot try this hotel . These type of hotels in Munnar are only able to have monopoly due to their main location in the city.

Had a great stay here! Food was great and staff knew English and were very courteous. Room service was inconsistent though with replacing things. Bathrooms were nice and complimentary breakfast was a favorite. Not too many amenities in hotel, save for the spa. Central location.
Chose the hotel because I heard about the famed morning walk and it didn't disappoint! Walk is at 6:30 am every morning with the manager who speaks English and was informative and fun. You get free tea at a nearby village and Munnar at that time is uniquely beautiful. It's nice meeting others on the walk as well.
Wonderful experience (good price!) and would recommend. Be aware they don't provide water bottles because it's an eco friendly hotel if you're watching your water.
Also shoutout to the reception for being really caring - when a tour guide picked us up from the hotel for a external tour, the reception spoke to him to confirm everything would be okay and it was legit. Don't know if this is standard practice but nice nonetheless.

i visited this hotel in the last week of December for 2 days. Because that was the perfect time for visiting Munnar, the hotel prices were high other than that in off season the price of hotel is quite reasonable. In Munnar, there is no public transport so the hotel provided us with a personal cab service for entire day. The food is nice and properly displayed. There was variety of cuisines in buffet. I found the South Indian food the best.
In the end, I would say that stay was nice overall and Munnar is one of the place one should surely visit in India.

Nice, the owners of the hotel personally come and greet you at the hotel, they also made special kerala delicacies for us during the breakfast time..They separate the family crowds ,from boozing and partying people. The best part is its walkable from the bus stop. They arrange taxis also. We enjoyed our stay here.

GRAND PLAZA was a great experience becoz of the complimentary morning local trip of munnar they are providing, with the most amazing guide the GM of the Grand Plaza "Sir Balaji". The ambience, food and services were excellent. The rooms of the hotel were neat and tidy. Also the location of the Plaza is near to the local Town and also near to the natural beauty of the city which will not be covered by any other commission tourism. I'm a vlogger and Grand plaza really helped me in my vlogging and my vlog for the hotel will be out soon. Best suited for adventurous and fun loving people. I & my wife had recently visited munnar and had booked this hotel for 2 days; the location of the hotel was very peaceful with great nature view from the room. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with good amenities, bathroom was also clean. Nice sitting arrangement was made just next to the window of the room with a splendid river view. The Management & staff here was excellent with very friendly, polite and helpful nature and always smiling. Food in the restaurant of this hotel was good with awesome view. Overall had an amazing experience here and definitely like to visit again. This Hotel is highly recommended for a great stay for couples and families.

Long story short: It was one of the best stays we had. I am from Delhi and took this trip with my family. From the starting, the management helped us in clearing all our doubts. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed by their speciality, 6- spice tea which was refreshing after our journey from Kochi. They accomodated our request regarding room occupancy, we booked the suite. The rooms and washrooms were clean and had great view of the ranges. Excellent and quick service, the staff was very polite. The food was amazing, breakfast had many option. Overall a pleasant stay!
