The hotel is located at the main road and provides good connectivity to different major attractions, market and Tata tea museum which is walking distance from the hotel. We booked club suite room and when we checked in there were stale/used flower garlands (gajra) found in the bedroom and one was hanging from the lamp in the living area of the suite. Although after notifying the staff, they came, checked and cleaned it, it raised serious questions about the cleanliness standard. We chose to have lunch in the room and the cream of tomato soup ordered was curdled and had bitter taste. Everything else ordered was okay. Hot water was available and there was no other problem faced. Hotel offers good breakfast spread in their restaurant. It offers good views from the room and restaurant. Munnar was our first stop in the trip. We booked a room in c7 for two nights. It was a spacious clean comfortable room. The view was of tea plantation which was beautiful. Room service was promptly provided. We had breakfast and i must say it was delicious. We had been to kolukkumalai early in the morning and they provided us breakfast post their service hours. We got the room at a good deal being off season. Enjoyed our stay. Rickshaw stand is just a min walk and so are the other mode of transport. Thank you staff and c7

Good location, good rooms, but sorry to say very poor service. Only 3-4 persons managing whole hotel. No variety of food, only few selected items, and attitude of staff towards tourits is not good. Sorry to say but i havent seen such poor srrvice in so many years. Plz improve as it has potential to become one of best hotels in Munnar........

Really good hygienic spacious rooms at a mesmerizing location. The view from balcony is amazing!! We were skeptical on how to make our one-day visit to munnar memorable. But the stay in C7 did the deal! The service and hospitality of the staff were absolutely great! The pricing is affordable too. We have decided to book C7 on all our future munnar trips.

Walkable distance from munnar town but when you are inside the room especially teagarden view, you won't feel that you are in the town. Suchha beautiful experience it was.It is a 3 star hotel with the best facilities possible .washroom is very clean and they are providing a reasonable breakfast. We had a pleasant stay.

We stayed two nights in C7 Hotel. It is located near the Munnar centre. Very good location with beautiful view of tea plantations, which can be enjoyed from the room. Best for family & Frnds. Short distance from Busstation.Easily accessible.

Booked room for 2 nights. No temperature checks, no sanitization, mask not used most of the time. Need to wait long time for hot water in washroom, even after multiple requests. Long wait to get food during breakfast. Room not clean, especially bed sheet and floor. Informed them to change the sheet, but no use. They replied that is was the dirt from some machine. only one house keeping boy to serve entire hotel guests. Restaurant not functioning, only breakfast available with limited variety ( due to covid ), but this was not mentioned anywhere during booking. Charges extra for additional person, but no extra bed provided. Dining area not clean, due to lack of staff. Drinking water was not of good quality, refilled everytime in a bottle.

I visited this place first time in november 2018 and felt in love, so i had to come back again in november 2019. I was looking forward for a place next to a Tea Garden and this place has it! Not just Tea garden view, but this place has charm! Rooms are great, nicely decorated and totaly loved balcony where you can just sit, sip a tea and read a book while emerald tea gardens are in front of you. So nice, so peacefull. Highly recommended this place for its service. Restaurant is great too. had twice dinner, breakfast here, all was really worth and tasty. I hope i will coming back again

We found this hotel while going to tea museum .As we are hungry,we thought of trying .To our surprise no one is there in restaurant .We were bit doubtful about taste .But food is very tasty.all items are good and price is very reasonable . Definitely recommend this restaurant in munnar

We had a view of the hotel when we were returning back from the tea museum at Nallatanni during lunch time..Food was finger licking delicious and mouth watering though the wait period was more....we with we could stay there next time when we visit Munnar...
