I booked valley view rooms for 7600 including gst and booking.com shows that I booked valley view When i went there , valley view was not available and I got THE BIG COMPOUND WALL VIEW WHICH WAS ALMOST ATTACHED YO BALCONY. So it was soffocating i side . When i spoke to property manager , he says he will give rs 1000 discount and says cancel the booking in booking.com . He was outright fraud. Spoilt my vacation. I have posted photos of the room and balcony judge it yourself and see if it is worth rs 6700. Other stuffs No hot water in the room No air conditioning Breakfast has three items 1.Half cooked idly 2. Dry upma , which is absolutely inedible 3. Bread

Scenic view from balcony of hotel is amazing, best view of Attukad waterfalls can be enjoyed few meters away from mount valley resort which is located behind Tata Tea’s packeting factory at Pallivasal. Friendly staff and tasty food, there are 2 roads to this resort and avoid the steep one while going in to hotel.

The locatiom is very good, except the steep hill to reach the hotel. (Main way) But staff informed of another road, which was not good, but better than the main in reaching there. (Steep was not there ) The food was excellent. Family liked it. Stayed for 2 days. Giving order before 6 pm is not a big deal, as this hotel need to prepare the same. The view from the hotel is breath taking in morning. Surrounded by tea gardens is very good scene. Has a good waterfall nearby 2 kms. Tea factory outlet is also nearby for buying the same. Room was good. But the cot is only king size. If u r going to have 2 big and 2 kids. U will have to have an exxtra bed.Order it in site itself, as extra bed costs me 800/day. The morning breakfast was simple, but good.

This was a disappointment as had read reviews which were very appreciative. The food was a major disappointment as the breakfast was the same throughout the stay with no variety. The service had a lot of delays and required frequent followups. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

Location- Right on Ranthambore road, little away from city crowd, right in front of the hills. You can view Aravali from any corner of the hotel. Place is full of positivity. Overall ambience is neat, clean and eye friendly, just can't stop loving the overall architecture which is simple and appealing. Staff is very courteous, always happy to help although you would hardly find anything out of place. Owner Sachin Bansal is a mature hotelier, steadily transforming this property into a popular brand. He is loved by his staff as well. Prices are economical as hotel is new. Overall a good example of how a hotel should be made and run with help of a team. I am ignoring- 1- TV was not working for first night of my stay. 2- Rajasthani classical music party was not that impressive. 3- Restaurant asked to place the order for dinner in advance.

Due to the 1 in 100 year floods in Kerala, August 2018, I had to cancel my booking with Mount Valley Resorts. They were most understanding and fully understood that I had to cancel due to the rain and road closures due to the heavy rain. My review is based upon how friendly the staff were in my dealings with them. Having been to Munnar previously, this trip was to see the Neelakurinji flower which only happens every 12 years, 2018 was the year. I have no hesitation in recommending Mount Valley Resorts, if their accommodation is as good as their service, you will be in for a treat.

My mom and aunt checked in to this hotel on the 8th August to 11th August 18, the weather was rainy the access to the hotel was touch as its up hill and narrow roads. After reaching the hotel the hospitality was poor, no proper reception and welcome was done. The manager was unavailable most of the time. The food was not hot and lacked taste. The situation was bad as the rains were incessant and no proper assistance or guidance was available. Overall the experience on the first day was bad enough that they moved out on 9th August 18 to a new hotel down hill. I hope they pull up their socks on hospitality.

We stayed in this resort on 29th april - room 106. Though the location is quite far away from the city, it is really worth staying here. The views from the hotel is breathtaking and refreshing! Those who want to have a peaceful vacation and stay away from city, it would be the right choice. Pros: Clean and big rooms (new building) Staffs are friendly(Siddharth, kannan & Rajesh) and will take care of all your needs Limited food option but taste is really good. Beautiful views of valley and waterfalls from this resort Cons: Little Far away from munnar. No any additional entertainment facility Finally, I would recommend this resort for those who love to enjoy nature's beauty.
